Terrible staff! Sorry team Mac I love your products but me and my friends have stopped coming to this branch as the employees show way too much attitude. It is ruining the brand. Also, I had noticed one of the employees exchanging looks with another colleague and discreetly laughing at a customer present in the store. They need to be trained to be professional and welcoming. We are giving the brand business and putting in all our hard earned money. Its ridiculous. Totally hate the vibe at Marina Mall Mac. Kindly consider this impt!

My last time coming back there till you change your staff! You have a disrespectful lady there from Mexico she was very rude and unprofessional, she was laughing with the other asian girl coworker and exchanging looks and laughing and gossiping! I ended up Leaving the store with her nasty attitude! I think she is jealous of pretty girls and wealthy woman who go there and buy! She is short and fat probably with low wedges! Change her ASAP! You are losing costumers

Love the product but have to shift to other brand with helpful staff

I used mac collection powder and foundation as my friends requested that its a good quality and resulti felt my skin getting better not like before when i used to use other brands

So i spend about 10 minutes choosing a lipstick, got one, am about to pay and the lady tells me that they are closed? Literally, i was just a statue, totally unbelievable staffs with an attitude

Like coming here but dont like that the employees are always pushy at times cannot stand that I have sometimes ignore them, good trick is too have your headphones on lol
