I am upset cause i went today to return make up foundation and concealer (not used not touched not used not opned) sales person told its not possible as i already did a previous exchange !!! Oh ! And what about giving wrong shade to your clients!! And what about client buying make up with out trying !! Or sometimes no even Tester to see the shade !!!! My receipts still valid and I dont mined return money as points and use it on other things better than make up i am not satisfied with !! Still not agree !! Mac be flexible your shops are empty for a reason!!!

Worst experience. Had visited this outlet yesterday . The sales lady was very arrogant and was not responding when my wife was asking about product details. My wife entered your outlet in an intention to buy but she was very much disappointed by your staff’s behavior. We never expected worst customer service from this reputed brand. We are very much disappointed. My wife has decided not to enter any of your outlet in future.

Excellent and friendly I had a makeup session with the lady there it was so cool and superb stuff. Keep it up. She was a very good lady.

The worst experience ever in MAC shop. The African lady has no respect at all for her clients and she has s very nasty attitude. Kept rolling her eyes at my friend and I. Paid no attention at all until on gentleman walked in and her other side came out. She wasn’t in the mood of serving her customers as she just stood at the counter neither did she feel like answering questions.. One might thing she’s actually doing us a favor by serving

I have rated this particular store 5* cos the staffs were full of energy n showed enthusiasm unlike in another branch. Good work and will definitely visit again to this branch in DCC.

Terrible customer service. Honestly one of the most uninterested staff on site. Unfortunately I dont know her name, I believe she was African descent. The lady didnt even come over to assist and looked as if she was doing me a grand favour when I caller her over. Constantly rolled her eyes and generally just disinterested in her work. She rather preferred talking to her friend who sat there. Horrible service, never been to a Mac with such bad service and attitude

Worst experience ever. The lady at this outlet has ZERO respect for her customers. Serving people without any interest and constantly yelling if asked about anything.seems like she doesnt love what she does , or doesnt get paid to do her job !!

My favourite makeup brand. Great store with helpful staff. I love most of the products here. Keep it up!

I am just standing in front of your store and posting this review. I was in your store for almost 5 minutes trying lipsticks and nobody bothered to assist me in spite of having 3 employees in the store. I am a first time visitor and would never walk in again.

Great products, no customer service. Always short staffed . Doesnt justify the price it demands.

I believe mac doesnt pay their employees well enough to have a good life, because the staff treated us like their life is miserable working there.
