On my visit to Dubai, I stopped by this store while I was at JBR. Needed to pick up some make-up for myself. I was helped by Devika in picking up some eyeshadow palettes,foundation and lipsticks for myself. Devika was absolutely helpful and very knowledgeable with Sephora products and brands. She suggested various products for my skin tones that works great.Please ask for Devika when you shop here, she really made my shopping experience hassle free and enjoyable.

Sephora - jumeira beach, is a very nice place. Its endowed with so many awesome views,Here you can get all your cosmetic accessories, fragrances for men & women, also makeup in affordable price.I cherish all their activities, festive celebration friendly and superb welcome of their staff etc.

The cashier named Elena was rude and I wanted to throw all the stuff I bought in her face because of how absolutely disgusting she was!!!!She kept eyeing me up and down and her tone was very condescending and answered absolutely nothing of my questions.Who hired this person??

Very rude staff. No one to help and very loud and noisy. The cashier didn’t ask me for the my membership details so I can add points to my purchase and when I reminded her she was very aggressive and blamed me for it even though it’s her job!! She’s east European so she was nice to Europeans but rude to others especially women in hijab. Shame on the employers for hiring someone like this especially in Dubai!!!

Nice shop sells everything you may need. Came here to get some snacks for my kids. Staff are helpful. The shop right by the beach and others restaurant and shops.

Extremely rude staff. I asked the lady where a Fenty beauty eye liner was and she just pointed at it rudely, I then told her I’d like to buy it and would like 1 piece. She hastily went got it out and handed it over to me, saying nothing at all. After which I went to the counter and was served by Elena. She did not once ask if I have a Sephora beauty card and made me pay after which I asked her if she can put my points on. During this I had told her I’ve received an email from Sephora for a gift. She ignored it. When the item was paid for, I showed her the email and she says why didn’t you show me this before as I’ll have to do it all over again now! Extremely rude and uncalled for from both staff members at Sephora!

Felt intimidated being followed around by security. I felt irritated I wasnt been allowed to shop in peace and staff were not very pleasant. I was dressed well and am not dodgy looking! Wouldnt go to that store again as I felt so uncomfortable

Good product selection and helpful staff!

Staff was not very co operative and not attentive toward customers ... I waited for like 15 minutes at skin care bar for someone to come and guide . Most of the testers in many sections were finished and gone and they haven’t replaced and on inquiring the girl didn’t even respond politely.

The store at JBR was to my expectation. The staff were helpful, well trained and professional . I was attended to my requirements and very pleased with my shopping experience . The best experience i had at the Benefit Brow Bar where i was assisted by Edralyn was extremely satisfied and kept to the standard of professionalism . The store ambience was perfect. I would definitely visit the store again. I recommend the JBR store at all times. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I loved the store with diversity of products. But especially the counselors especially leila the Moroccan who was happy to guide me to the products adapted to my complexion. With smile.
