Dra. Shweta handled my 4 yr old boys case professionally & with care; not to mention her immense patience towards my sons behavior - he is so scared of doctors in general that he cry annoyingly loud in the clinic during each procedure and yet Dra. Shweta still manage to pull it off despite of the struggle to contain my son from being berserk.Their Customer Service team as well is in a different level. They would pick the phone immediately when calling, would try to assist as much as they could & as fast as they could. Would call you back at soonest possible if they were unable to give the answer during the call. A day or two before the appointment, they would send you Whatsapp or even call you to remind & get your confirmation about your appointment.I would admit that their price is quite heavy on my pocket but its all worthy so far. Hope for the best!

I used to have to have braces but due to lack of knowledge and understanding between me and my previous dentist, my teeth shifted again because I didn’t wear my retainers. I was going to be a senior in high school and I really didn’t want to put braces on so I could smile without being insecure about my teeth. I still remember crying to Dr Yash and asking him if he could fix my teeth before my graduation speech. I opted for Invisalign instead of braces and it been almost a year since my treatment and I have never been so happy and confident when smiling. I thank the entire apex team for coming through and helping me get my teeth fixed before my main events and just in time for university. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to the whole team. This clinic has the best doctors, every single one of them is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the result. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and I hope that anyone who has a doubt on whether to choose this clinic or not, I hope this review clears it up for you because I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I consulted Dr.Mays Al Ajeel for a crown replacement, she explained the procedure in detail and was very diligent during the course of treatment. She carefully explained the dos and donts and puts the patient at ease with her precision during the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome I received on my first visit almost a year ago. The reception staff are first class - always smiling, polite and friendly, and they do their best to accommodate my request for appointments always following up with messages or even calls to check up on my wellbeing the day after any visit.Both my dentists have been wonderfully caring. I was worried a bit to fix my half broken teeth during this pandemic but amazed to see the hygienic standards maintained in the clinic. A few days back my 8 year old went for his Dental Check up to Dr. Hashmith. The entire experience was a lot of fun. She dealt with him with such professionalism but with warmth and engaging his little curious mind automatically put him at ease through the entire check up.To add to that , the following week he was to present a self created tutorial video to share with his classmates and he choose to create one for “ how to effectively and correctly brush and maintain a regular dental hygiene “ inspired from his own personal learning with Dr. Hashmith.She is such an amazing doctor and my son couldn’t stop talking about it . Exceeded Expectations... Recently went through an extraction with Dr. Shyam Bhat after he was recommended by Dr. Neha Singh... I am fortunate to have found this place with a phenomenal patient-centric approach. I had put off scheduling dental appointments for over 3 years due to my dental phobia and severe anxiety issues. The dentists and the staffs at this clinic are amazing and they ensure you are comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. During my first visit (yesterday), Dr. Neha was very accommodating with my dental concerns, anxiety issues, previous medical history and provided a detailed explanation on procedures that needs to be done for restoring my dental health. Today, I had a wisdom tooth and a molar tooth extraction done by Dr. Shyam and this was truly my best and painless dental experience without a general anaesthesia ! Being irrationally frightened of anything dental related , I did not believe at first that I will be able to do a tooth extraction without a general anaesthesia. I needed RCT but couldn’t see my usual Dentist. After reading such good reviews about Dr.Neha in Motor City, I went to see her. I’m delighted with the totally pain free treatment I’ve had. My tooth is 100% again! Dr.Neha is a perfectionist and a really lovely lady also. There were no hidden or extra charges either which was a bonus. Very highly recommend this Dentist and Apex , all staff were so pleasant, very efficient and very professional.

I have just completed a full root canal and crown treatment in the amazing hands of the Apex team, and am super pleased with my “new tooth”. The full team - from expert dentists and specialists, to the receptionists and management - are a joy to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and their customer care is FIRST class. I recently needed emergency help with an infection, and a consequent root canal.It was a long process of a few weeks, and Im completely pleased with the experience. From connecting to the chat late at night on the weekend, Dr. Neha calling me in the middle of the night to help manage my pain, quick appointments, efficient care on sight, Dr. Nehas amazing bedside manners, politeness and efficiency of all staff, its been an all round clinic and Id always recommend the doctor and clinic.

I have been looking for a good GP from long time ago. I followed the recommendations of a friend and I visited DR. Carlo. He is such a great professional who cares about his patients.

So...My seven year old had a mesioden...we knew it for a year and never tried to get it removed since my son was not mentally prepared to take that injection on his jaw.But finally the time came when the supernumery tooth started affecting his permanent incisor which was not getting a way to come out properly.We did a quick search and found apex.And thank god we found them.Ms Hasmit was out of the world.Not only she did her job well,the way she handled our kid was amazing.She explained everything to him in a way we need a doctor to talk to a sensitive kid and took away all his fear for tooth extraction.She was so patient during the whole process and our child felt so safe with her.No words can explain how grateful we are to her,for helping us with this.The other staff at Apex were also very helpful and positive,especially the two pretty ladies at the reception.We would like to recommend Apex to everyone as they are not only proficient at their work but also add a human touch to it.

Would like to thank Dr Anuja from the bottom of my heart. I had been suffering from shoulder pain for 3 months and only painkillers were getting me through the day. Met several orthopedics , multiple xrays , a MRI and several physiotherapy sessions but all in vain.Finally was introduced to Dr Anuja and from the moment she heard about the history of my problem , she diagnosed it straight away. She planned very specific problem oriented physiotherapy sessions for me and unlike my previous sessions with other physiotherapists all of whom just had a one solution fits all approach. Honestly i felt so much better just after the 1st session and have been pain free after her sessions - more than 6 months now.She is a maestro at her work and even goes one step ahead and gives you hand drawn diagrams for the exercises that she expects you to do, which lets you know how much she cares for her patients care.Thanks a lot Dr Anuja and Apex Team.

The best dental experience Ive had! This is shocking because I hate going to the dentist, as many of us do.Dr Shayam has an amazing way with his patients. I felt no pain with my tooth extraction and Ive never felt so comfortable. I dont usually write reviews but this was necessary. I would recommend Dr Shayam as he was absolutely brilliant!They also keep in contact with you via WhatsApp afterwards as a form of aftercare to make sure everything is going well.I am so pleased. The check ups via WhatsApp avoided any paranoia and validated that I was actually fine rather than seeking help online which is always a problem.

Our 12 year old is very anxious and suspicious when injections are involved but she had to have 2 extractions hence she was very tense before her appointment. Apex Medical Clinic is one of the finest Dental Clinics in Dubai that caters to local and ex-pat dental needs. I met Dr. Neha for my cleaning, scaling, and polishing treatment and she was very professional. Explained, about my general teeth health and performed a painless procedure. Similarly, my husband was feeling pain in his former root canal procedure, he saw another doctor in Dubai, who prescribed him a lengthy and expensive procedure. Whereas, upon showing to Dr. Neha who is a root canal specialist she mentioned that a small nut piece was stuck in his tooth which was causing the pain. After cleaning, the pain was gone. I saw Dr. Neha to Re do a root canal that wasn’t done well elsewhere. Dr. Neha was very patient with me and did a lot of work to correct a badly done root canal. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way and after weeks of seeing her I never felt she was rushing to finish the job. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable all the time. She also checked with me every day after my treatment to make sure I didn’t have any complaints. I would highly recommend her for root canals and other treatments.My children have also seen Dr. Arvin and Dr. Sandhya who were both amazing with my daughters. The whole team at Apex is amazing.

I went to apex for my wisdom tooth problem that was problematic since years Dr Shyam did it very well without any pain and fear. it took only 30 minutes in whole procedure. now its 2nd day after the procedure and I am already feeling much better. staff were also very supportive. My son is being treated by Dr Ali at Apex and we have had an exceptional experience on every visit . The results are great and we are very happy with the progress. He has been very patient and professional with my son on every visit and explains the process to him and advises him on the changes required in his dental hygieneI would recommend the clinic for all and any dental procedures .

Very impressed with Apex medical dental care. Professional, friendly, good prices, excellent care and follow up care. They have coped very well with covid 19 and I feel safe when visiting. The dentists work together to ensure the best care for its patients. I have had a root canal with Dr Neha and other treatments including a crown with Dr Sandya, both were excellent. I would highly recommend.

I have visited the clinic for work on two teeth and, so far, have been extremely satisfied. Dr. Rena is a very competent dentist who does a great job in putting the patient to ease. I will definitely be returning to the clinic and cant recommend Dr. Rena enough. Shes great!

Me and my husband went for teeth cleaning, and to be honest it wasnt that great. The doctor didnt floss our teeth which is usually done with cleaning and was quote quick. Not sure we will be returning

We had terrible experience . My wife did a filling in November 2019 and the filling fell out now ( less than 8 months). Also the holes in teeth were very small before they put the filling but now we just noticed that while putting the filling they made the holes much much bigger than what they were before. We payed 700 dirhams for filling and 350 for consultationIit was just waste of money and it made the situation really bad.very unprofessional dentist ..... stay away from them!!Be careful with the 5 stars rating on google because it is not even close to 5 stars. we went there because of 5 star rating and it was disaster.

Excellent Clinic, best dental care Ive had - they take the worry away from going to a dentist. Welcoming is great, everyone is polite and the Drs are Top Professionals. Highly recommend Dr Arvind, he brilliantly assisted in a tooth problem - his knowledge is great. Also Dr Rena and Dr Sara - both highly recommendable - thank you to the latter for a instant consultation on a Friday.

I lost a front filling just before Eid and needed something done quickly so looked for the best rated dentist in the area. Thankfully I found Apex Dental.In addition to getting the emergency repair done, I carried on with some more much needed ‘maintenance’ that was long overdue - another two very worthwhile sessions.Based on childhood experiences, I view dentists as somewhere between frightening and painful. Not Dr Neha. I nearly drifted off to sleep whilst she was sorting out my front teeth. That’s never happened before with my dental history. Usually my fingernails are embedded in the arm rests of the reclining chair, my brow furrowed further than any Botox could fix, and perspiring more than a jungle endurance runner.Not with Dr Neha - she has the touch of an artist and the straight manner of a professional who knows her business.My faith in dentistry is restored - and my teeth are happy too!Prices are reasonable too if you need your smile back and a pain free experience.

I loved the clinic from my first visit, very friendly staff and atmosphere. Usually the appointment to the dentist let me feel very stressed in advance, but this is the only place there I can trust and relax. Dr Arvind is very professional doctor and has a very good sence of humour which important to keep you less stressed. I am one of those people who hardly visit the dentist. That mindset has changed since I visited Apex Medical and Dental Clinic. The staff is friendly and courteous and the appointment was right on schedule with Dr Arvind Kittur who put my mind at ease and the full teeth check up and scaling went by as a breeze. Happy with my dazzling set of teeth for now and have already scheduled my next appointment with them. Worth the visit!

Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Dr. Neha is punctual and professional making it a straightforward and pleasant experience with quality treatment. Its a pity they dont have direct billing with many insurance providers for dental.
