Good place

Very poor customer service, not following up on complaint we made since last two weeks. They do not follow the requested quantity we asked for 2 galon per weeks they deliver one. 2 days before delivery I call call center and remind them the quantity, but at deliver something else So far I called call center 4-5 times they promised to reply back, but no action till date . any one knows better provider ?

The worst customer service you will ever meet! They never deliver on time they never call you back if they promise! Even one star is too much for them! Last time my order of 4 gallon came after two months. Now again they ignore all my complaints! Do not waste your time and do not communicate with these people!

Their service is terrible.Completely unprofessional, with so many choices out there they’d better step up their game.They may have good products, but after the experience with their customer service, I’d rather buy from another company.

Do not order from them. They keep you waiting all day then tell you the order is cancelled at 8pm leaving the family with no water. Thank you for your excellent service.

Worst web site. Nothing working properly such as sign up and sign in. It is like mission impossible to order from them. Maybe they have too much money so no need customer.Also you cant really choose delivery date. There is no choice.

May not deliver complete order even if you place it days in advance. They substitute products, sometimes charging more. Their payment processor has problems with some cards forcing you to use their digital wallet instead, with no way to get your unused money back.

Amazing Water company

I wish I read the reviews first. Ive made multiple complaints about their inconsistent water delivery but to know avail. They deliver when they feel like it. Terrible and dishonest customer service.
