Very nice place and peaceful offices

I had few phone calls with Dubai South call center today. One lady was very helpful with information. She registed my number and sales people should call me back. I had more questions and I called again. Talking to Mr. Khairalla I was very upset. I asked him when sales people will call me, he said 24 to 48 hours. Once I said that other free zones are responding faster, he said I can go to other zones, no problem for them. I am not used to hear such responds in Dubai in 15 years that I live here.

Im a regular visitor. The venue is good and fit for purpose. The general counters are sadly always very understaffed creating long waiting times for the simplest of procedures. I would think average waiting time for simple administration is at least an hour.. needs to improve as for 3 years of visiting its service levels and waiting times have got worse not better in my opinion. I believe reliance on portal transactions is the net cause. Needs to take a leaf out of the book of standards set by DMCC and RAKEZ and improve customer service significantly to get any better. I feel sorry for the few (1 or 2max) counter staff who work flat out with unhappy customers after waiting hope it improves soon the staff work hard to please so should be commended
