BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MAG GROUP AND INVEST IN A REPUTABLE COMPANYI invested in Mag 5 Boulevard but shocked with a lot of things from Mag company when it was a few months remaining to handoverFirst they claim that they completed project and they are proud of that while when i go there I found it hard to move between building cause of construction and u have to turn around buildings and some roads are still not completed.Second still there are a lot of services not completed which we are promised when we sign contract but now they answer me your apartment is ready ( like I bought apartment in tower or building not in compound )Third I surprised with how different prices are between owners for example I met owners there taking same apartment with so much cheaper price than my price ( in same building same size only I’m one level up ) and when I discuss this with Mag they told me you have better view ( yes of course I have one level up view of the sand )Fourth after waiting around 4 years and paying installments you found that you lost a lot of money at investing in mag 5 Boulevard cause market price is very down after project about to finish.And mag keep answering now this is normal in Dubai happen everywhere while 4 years ago they kept filling your heads with dreams and promisesIt was a mistake, Im suffering now & I lost all my savings and hard earned money with MAG developer due to their unethical practices and fools that run the entire company

This is the first review I ever write, but the level of frustration and disappointment that I have experienced made me actually take the time and share my opinion. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of communication and customer service, as it is NON existent. It also seems their management is not involved and unavailable for feedback.The ONLY communication from their end is when money collection is involved.I will make sure that non of the ones in my network ever fall for their marketing gimmicks.I have shared my contact details over email the same day I received your response and haven’t heard from anyone at your end yet. Again another example of internal communication issues.

One of the worst property developers in Entire UAEThe sales stuff is rude and pushy and they just want you to close the sale with them and they will bash all the other companies in UAEPlease stay away from these Frauds if you ever invest in property in UAE because they change rules for every investor.If anyone wants evidence on how shady this company is and how much fraud they do in UAE just shoot me an email and I will prove it you.Buyers and investors BEWARE

Very disappointed with their sale strategy, the sales rep tried all his best to rush me to complete the sale with lots of false information, very dodgy & unprofessional practice, I had to cancel the sale of a unit number 109/535 because of that.The company must monitor & re train their sales rep to do a better & honest sales tactics.

I purchased a unit in one of MAGs upcoming projects around the expo and for some reason had to cancel it.The sales representative had been very cooperative and understanding unlike other property companies, and refunded the booking amount within a couple of month.Thank you MAG!

Please don’t go with this developer .They Will make your life miserable even after paying the full amount.We are struggling to get our keys since November 2019 in MAG 5 boulevardand the management is taking don’t care attitude, they will talk about legal obligations when it comes to handover.Never put your hard earned money to such unethical developer and please go ahead with trusted developers to avoid such hurdles and stress due to poor management.I am sure they will reply by saying to contact their customer services which is a useless feedback

I rent a flat in mag 5 in Apr and they told me all services will be dine in last of Apr like swimming pool gym satalite and net and I call them they promise last of may and until now nothing happen and more of problem my floor only the corridor smell very bad and today I know that one of landlord put his worker or labour in flat near of methe people of services and security is very co operate

A company like Maqq is not supposed to delay resolving a matter of more than four months and does not disparage the customer! Not even in the response from the employees .. Unfortunately after-sales service is very bad. I regret a company like Maq with its high and big name in the market, hit by abuse and false promises.
