You will be paying thousands of dirhams for inefficient service, extremely slow work and designers that has no design skills. Although i have provided them with a detailed plan and design for my kitchen and following up with the team to ensure my kitchen is built in, begging them to take right measurements more than once so we can build and add block work prior to installing the kitchen, they ensured that the measurements are right. Now for the past 3 months they are installing a kitchen, they come for a day and disappear for another month. I have a gap of more than 50 cm above the kitchen cabinet which needed to done before installing but the unprofessional team didnt take that into consideration. I thought dealing with them i will avoid nerve-racking experience, it was worst than any other vender i worked with on my villa.The market has much better options for kitchens around the UAE. I dont recommend them as you dont get the service for what you pay for.

Superb Kitchen and Bathroom options

Very bad costumer service ordered wrong kitchen and also wrong color and some accessories not delivered.Took two weeks to fix 1 kitchen 2 small pantry (excluding counter tops & devices), they damaged one cabinet and ordered wrong size counter top and a lots of mistakes in the design and they didn’t order for the replacement yet (they need 6 months to get the materials), they left the site dirty, they don’t answer calls.

Great product, poor after sales serviceI bought a kitchen 3 years ago, the quality is great. Installation was so so and actually never 100% completed. ... but the worse is to come. One of the electrical cabinets needs repair. Alshaya kitcheng came to view the problem and pick up the cabinet and its more than a year that am struggling to get it back. I have a hole and cables hanging in the middle of my kitchen and cant get a proper response from Management. I keep hearing a series of very unacceptable excuses and continued delays without any sight of a prompt resolution. I even tried to call AlShaya Kuwait who said they cant do anything (didnt even take the call because they only care about retail). Very bad. Its a shame because the product is good.

Worst experience ever!I paid the full amount, and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me as I was calling them and calling their sales but no answers.Finally answered but unfortunately it took them another week to inform their store for delivery.Not recommended

The products are very expensive compared with other suppliers. I am still waiting for the products for more than 6 months so far. Very poor communication form the staff. If they told you that any changes will be done make sure to get official written documents and dont depend on the verbal approval because at the end they will say it was not part of the deal and show me the written approval. They will tell you to buy appliances then they will tell you that the appliance need to be changed because of the size is not matching with the kitchen you bought. The conter top prices they will tell you it will not exceed certain price and after ordering with them they will give you a double the valve .Highly not recommended
