Fake Loyalty Program; by chance , I faced an issue with my “Privileges Club” card and app, the retailer asked me to download the app, which was not at the App Store anymore .. then I called the customer services to discover that this program has been cancelled since March, while all the shoppers think are still collecting points or rewards, even the retailers are not aware about this cancellation!It would be a shame for a “big” group like this to keep misleading the consumers that are they being rewarded in a system that is not existing anymore!

Horrible online experience with boots will never ever buy again from Alshaya group.Misleading information while labeling item. I bought an item priced and labeled as pack of 2 received one item. More than 10 calls to customer service to resolve this issue and now more than one week passed and issue remained unresolved.What I know for sure that this nightmare online experience will never happen again !
Congratulations to the worst online shopping and store experience, the ceiling lamp I ordered from H&M was defected and came in black instead of gold, Al Shaya group managing the online orders were not able or capable to fix the issue for more than a month! I had to go to the store (e-commerce at its best) and get it refunded and then bought the same one on the website and got it 2 days later in black and the product was defected again!! The online store had a wrong picture color on the product and hasn’t fixed it until now! The product I was supposed to have is out of stock and I still haven’t received an alternative or got clarity from anyone! The process is beyond complicated and the shopping experience is ridiculously bad. Word of advice get your own e-commerce store it’s 2021 already! Get your store in order and manage clients better
Customer Service = 0Ordered online last 11th of May. They delivered a wrong shoe size on 12th of May even it is clear in the invoice what size i ordered. Same day complaint was made. Until now my money is not refunded. I called on 12th of June to follow up and yet they said it will take 14 WORKING DAYS from 26th of May just call them again on 15th. today is 15 and what customer service told me ? My refund was filed only on 12th ?? Really ? this is how you play? Customer service people are very incompetent. I have a lot of proof to show and i bet the recorded conversation will be on my side. Tried to chat again one customer Service and Ahmad Ghassan Abdul Rahman was the one who answered my chat. My concern is not even solve and just like that he ended the chat without any explanation. I hope by the end of this year they will give my refund back. Such a shame.

Was assisted by a rude sales person by the name of Ndotto Sombe in your Muji store in Dubai Mall. After trying to correct her, doubled down on her reasoning and became increasingly defensive and started shouting at us while insisting that we were at fault. Never raised my voice towards her and thankfully the manager by the name of Priya came by to fix the situation. After being corrected by Priya, Ndotto Sombe did not even apologize or address what happened. Absolute terrible service and horrible person altogether.Kudos to Priya for taking the time to fix the situation.

This review is related both to the online shopping experience with pick up from store option from Victorias Secret and to the follow up service I received from Alshaya customer service.Not only was the pick up from store option completely mismanaged and a failure, the follow up by customer service was completely unprofessional. The case of why the item ordered was not available at the store when I went to pick up has neither been resolved nor even properly addressed.The details:I made an online order on 14.1.2021 for store pick up from Sahara mall. Received an email on 16.1.2021 stating:1. That the item is already available and ready for pick up at the selected store (clearly stated sahara mall)2. That i should pick up within 7 days or it will be automatically returned and refunded3. No mention of me needing to wait for any further info or instructions.As per the email, item was ready to be collected.2 days later, 18.1.2021, I arrive at the store but the item is not there. did you receive an SMS from our store saying you can pick up the item? was the question I was asked by the ladies. You need to receive an sms first and then come. I tell them there was no menion of needing to wait for an SMS in the email. They search for the item, 15 mins pass and then they confirm the item is NOT at the store.They call customer service in front of me. Apparently this has happened to 2 more customers the day before. I talk to the customer service personnel and he makes the complaint for me.The next day, 19.1.2021, I get a call from customer service and I provide them with all the details. I am promised that they will investigate and get back to me with ways to solve this problem. That is the LAST i heard from them (2 weeks ago).I sent out an email to follow up 3 or 4 times. Each time, i get an automated response saying that my complaint is under investigation and that a team member will contact me shortly.7 days after the email on 16.1.2021, I receive the expected email that says that due to the fact that I did not pick up the item, it has been returned and refunded.I follow up with customer service after receiving this email to understand what has happened, all they can say is that the item has been refunded and apparently that is all I should care about.So, not only did they completely fail to provide the item and promised service (pick up from store), waste my time and effort in going to the store and waiting there, but also I was accused of going too soon (not waiting for the sms), accused of not picking up the item and that is why it was refunded. As if I never went and the item was never unavailable. So, in their system, all is good and all that happened was a customer who did not show up for pick up and item was therefore refunded!
Horrible experience!!!It took them 4 weeks to return my order and again after 4 weeks still did not receive my money back!Customer service is anyways worse

The worst customer service there could be!It has been well over 12 days that my order has not been delivered to me. On top of that no one picks up the call at their Dubia office. 3rd every time i call their head office helpline. They act as if this is the first time they are hearing of this complaint. Pathetic!!!

Bad customer service and after sale experience at Kitchen house , no one reply either from Alshaya group or kitchen house maintenance people.
Ordered a piece of furniture. Guys needed to send me a simple car reg doc so I could get a security pass. Its taken five days and still no documents. Customer service is like by end of day.Updated review at the guys were super good when they got here.

The customer service of this organization is totally outrageous. Cant handle a complaints not replying for weeks so you always have to follow up yourself. Dont know how to manage the deliveries. Ordered the items from one of their online shops. Received the email that items were dispatched, since then never heard about my order! Already 2 weeks cant solve the issue.

Great product, poor after sales serviceI bought a kitchen 3 years ago, the quality is great. Installation was so so and actually never 100% completed. ... but the worse is to come. One of the electrical cabinets needs repair. Alshaya kitcheng came to view the problem and pick up the cabinet and its more than a year that am struggling to get it back. I have a hole and cables hanging in the middle of my kitchen and cant get a proper response from Management. I keep hearing a series of very unacceptable excuses and continued delays without any sight of a prompt resolution. I even tried to call AlShaya Kuwait who said they cant do anything (didnt even take the call because they only care about retail). Very bad. Its a shame because the product is good.

Have been trying for several months to motivate someone in Starbucks to arrange for an English language newspaper for Starbucks in The Villa, Dubailand. Only Arabic newspapers there. Constant reminders to staff go unheeded. When I asked for Starbucks Head Office number they gave me a toll free number in Kuwait??? No reply.

It is a good company while you are working in their organisation.We got a pretty bad experience after we quit from there.We got a terrible experience.After we resign they stop answering our call,have to wait almost one month to cancel the visa and again have to wait almost 2 week to get my final financial settlement.All HR staffs are not patient.They will just ignore after you resign.I planned to go to UAE labour office to take a justification.It is such a bullshit company i have ever see.
