I used to work für AVME as an intern in 2008. I maybe was not the best intern they ever had, but everybody was very supportive and you could learn a lot there. We arranged quite a few events for customers back then, too and all of them thanked us for the quality time they had with us. To sum up, a great company to work for.

Im not sure what the connection is between Audi Volkswagen Middle East Fze and Al Nabooda Automobiles but the lady answering the phone at 04 293 6700 was very rude to my colleague so I called and she was even more rude to me. Hung up the phone and refused to answer it again.Its not up to a receptionist to decide whether the company wants the business calls or not and its certainly doesnt help the company to have someone who clearly hates her job on the phone having such a disgusting attitude.I will keep calling until I can get through and report her but feel free to have someone contact me for further explanation.

I am experiencing a very bad result from Audi Q5. Today is the 4th time EPC light warning and car stuck on the road 4th time just in between nearly 1 and half month time (11 days car in service center during this time).Please check in your system car account number: c0003420Car is not at all reliable. Also the time taking to find the mistake and returning the car is too long. For these 3 times total I paid 9,500 AED and now 4th time my car stuck on the road, 2 weeks ago only the same mistake you fixed and I took the car.1st time it took 8 days for Audi Sharjah service center to rerun the car, 2nd time it took 3 days to return including carry out kms service (This 2nd time also I complaint the same mistake and they told they fixed and charged extra high amount), 3rd time 2nd day return the car. Which means in between this 1 and half month 11 days car is not with me.Overall I am not at all happy with it, please help me to solve this problem. As the same mistake happening again and again then you must consider providing an experienced staffs to work in your service centers. Please help me with your support, from your head office talk to Sharjah service center and give them some instruction.

Claiming having the worlds largest service center literally means nothing if you are unable to sort your customer issues or worst even communicate a time frame to get the problem sorted out!Extended warranty supposed to mean security and peace of mind yet again with Al Naboodah Audi Dubai means nothing. Horrible service, zero commitment to customers, zero customer service.I have always driven Mercedes and never faced one fourth of the mechanical issues i faced with Audi and on top of it Al Naboodah is proving themselves as the champion of the worst customer service. Car is been with them for 2 weeks & as of now they cant even communicate when i will take my car back .Who is responsible for this way below average & horrific customer service?Congrats to Al Naboodah for winning the award of worst customer service with their worlds biggest service center. You just lost a customer as I am determined to sell the car because of you but first & hopefully you can communicate when i will get it back .I am certain you have the worst customer satisfaction & recommendation score on the globe and it would be unfair to even benchmark you against other German or even Korean Brands as You stand by yourself where you are!Finally, apologies for even giving you a 1 star as you dont even deserve it.Regards,A very disappointed customer22/08/2017

Warranty is fake/bad. I bought my car in June 2016 from company so i ensure no head ache of maintenance, and i will have continuous service. Until I come this year September 2017 the battery dies, and couldnt jump start my car. Took it to audi to fix with warranty. And guess what, its not covered by warranty, because mileage is low. Seriouslyyy?? I wish Audi Germany knows about this . I had to pay 1200 AED to fix it.This got me sooo disapointed about Audi, and the dealer here in dubai
