The worst online service I have experienced in the world. worst customer service, very rude drivers, they apparently don’t have an office to visit. Still waiting for the delivery. Never will I be buying Adidas from the agency in UAE.

Ordered and paid for the shoes online on the 17th of March, contacted them couple of days later as the order was under pending approval, offered to pick up the shoes myself from the warehouse and pay for the shipping as I didnt want to wait for courier service, they promised itll be shipped urgently.5 days later, still no shoes, contacted them again, I was then asked to send them the copy of Emirates ID together with a PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD???!!, asked them if theyre aware thats illegal, and sent them the bank confirmation that the payment is made, still insisted on a picture, gave them the picture with blurred info apart from my name and last 4 digits. They told me then that they will confirm the order soon? I told them that as the payment was done, and they have the proof of payment from the bank them sending me confirmation is just a waste of time and I continually asked about when will I get what I paid for-still no answer... Its like dealing with some scam online store and not official Adidas. I hope Herzogenaurach HQ in Germany knows what kind of representation they have for the Middle East...

I wish I could give ZERO stars as a rating ... not even worth one star !!!Adidas online store is by far the the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced....I’ve ordered 6 Weeks ago shoes which wasn’t the correct size so I called the Call center and asked for return and exchange the shoes to another size..SHIPA delivery came to pickup the shoes ... the past 6 weeks I wrote 6 emails to adidas to follow up on the new shoes without any reply ... I’ve called the call center and the lady is so unprofessional that it’s not even funny ...Always the same answer ... she has to check with SHIPA if I returned the item and she will let me know...SHIPA is contacting me 7 times already to pickup the shoes which they picked up 6 weeks ago already...The outcome from the story: ADIDAS took my money without delivering my shoes...That’s what I call stealing !!!Definitely the last time I’ve ordered or purchased anything from them...My recommendation to ADIDAS:1. stop offering a online delivery service if you are not professional enough to do it.2. Replace the staff in the Call Center as they are not representing a company in a professional way.My recommendation for the „Customer“:STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ADIDAS ONLINE STORE !!!

I recommend tou to plz change the delivery company SHIPA. They just saying lies all the time ur shipment will b delivery tomorrow and tomorrow never come. Very poor customer service response and irresponsible behavior
