Absolutely abysmal customer service. Couldnt even answer basic questions about their insurance plans. They were either disinterested in potential customers or just sadly ill-informed.The only positive thing is that it gave me an idea as to what it would be like to go with them, so was able to decide not to. Dont bother with the customer service here, they may as well be bots.

In 15 years in the UAE this is the worst customer service of any insurance company. Submitted a routine dental claim 3 weeks ago, all covered on schedule of benefits. No updates, no reimbursement, no answer to emails, help centre absolutely useless. Terrible Terrible service!

Very slow service, complicated document requirements and specially english communication problem, whereas in Abu Dhabi, staff sharp at time and very responsive.

Worst insurance place of them all.I wanted to get health insurance for my company so I started by calling them for questions, they said they can’t help and told me to go in person so I did.Both times useless, took forever to get any sort of information and in the end the guy just said to go online and check - even though I was right there in front of him!!! so so unhelpful!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Horrible wait times. It’s honestly embarrassing. The only one that helped me was Fatima. Everyone else was completely useless.Islam alazben the wort staff member in daman. She took months to complete my insurance. She couldn’t have done it without Fatima helping me. Ayman is also useless, I filled out the form in front of him. Somehow it still came out wrong. If you try calling customer support . You will be on hold for 1 hour. Just the worst service ever.

Worst customer service. Reimbursement are not done. Déposer more than 10 emails and 5 calls I a still pending all reimbursements.

2 hrs to finish health insurance renewal transaction. They asked more than 10 documents while i received call just to bring the ID and health insurance card. When I finished the transaction they forgot all my official paper on the front desk.
