They copy the details from original documents, so it is supposed to be typed with the exact spelling, but still they are too lazy to double check and properly finish the simplest job ever so we dont have to waste more time with the modification!.Do a detailed review to all the forms before leaving their office, they are not that professional.Plus, it is mentioned that they are working on Saturdays but mostly no one is there!All other typing offices are with full staff on duty but only them!So dont expect any service on Saturdays!.

Im not happy, and the purpose of my review is in the hope management will review the quality of the service they provide to clients that come to Al Twar Centre Al Nahda. I paid in advance a service for a registration on DLD and I have waited one week Mr Tamers due diligence. He sent an email on Monday last week to DLD saying website was not working, but he never called to follow up. Send and email and wait something is solved dosnt look to me like a service. I have called today myself 8 times DLD and managed to reach IT department, the problem was solved. I understand Presto dont want make 8 calls, but where is the service then. Now again we have according to him a DLD IT problem, and by sending an email with a screenshot Presto probably will wait and maybe if I dont call tomorrow myself there is not much to expect from Presto Al Twar Al Nahda Center. I understand they are not responsable for DLD It services but what I cant accept or understand is that 1] if in 1 week they would have not intend to call DLD they could have asked me a week ago to solve the problem myself. 2) tomorrow I guess I have to solve the new problem by myself again.I hope new and more competitive companies enter the market and that Al Twar Al Nahda management scores service quality from service providers within there premises, because this is very poor service and is far from Dubai standards. I will be surprise but happy if Presto management see this and calls me, Mr Tamer has my phone number.Monica G.

Very slow and unprofessional service.Two hours for a visa cancellation.The employee arrived late and his colleague photocopied the wrong visa.Better to do go directly to Tasheel located in the same building.

For emergency copying best service but prices are to high
