The staff is very responsive, whether it is voa whatsapp or email. They respond swiftly and immediately when possible, they also have the courtesy to apologize for delays. For the first time in my life I had a nice visa picture so I’m very happy 😃. They are professional and helpful. I’d definitely go back to have my pictures taken and strongly recommend it too. Good quality pictures too

I highly recommend this place. The staff is very professional and friendly. I got a chance to be approached two times from Reji and Aleem. First time for my ID, second time for Visa application. Amazing young people, so well organized, fast and polite. The photos come fast and in very good quality. The photo studio has a parking spot wich makes things even easier. Thank you guys!

Marina photos Kodak Express Digital solution is providing excellent services with in limited time and they have skilled staff and highely professional behaviour.

Listed as certified photographers for Dutch passport photos, confirmed with them that I need photos meeting Dutch passport requirements and yet the photos were nowhere near the size and framing specs. A waste of 50Dhs.

The staff are very friendly and professional specially Reji.The new shop is more comfortable, clean and have good ambiance.Good quality pictures.

Before visit place I checked price by phone however they charged extra and no explanation of extra amount, yes it’s not big amount imagine this place charging every customer for small extra amount end of the month big money they can make, however I didn’t get any copy or any printing of my picture( only taken picture put to my cv) , not recommended.

Very effective quick and polite service

When I walked in it took the guy at least a minute to acknowledge me as he was sitting watching a video on his phone and waited until it was finidhedThe colour quality was terrible.I also asked for gloss and he said he couldnt then and when I asked him if he could tell me where I could get gloss he said he could and he would charge me again.

Very professional when it comes to the knowledge of different visa requirements..and very fast in doing it.. but with zero talent and taste when it comes to taking good nice photos.. so only recommend for normal passport or visa photos.

Friendly, Professional and efficient. Used them to get Emirates ID pics for family including newborn. Had to go back to get newborn pics redone and they only charged half price without asking... Nice touch.

Professional and efficient. Had to get a profile picture clicked for a website. They did a fantastic job. Open to making changes and altering the photo if you are not satisfied with the final result. Usually they will email you the picture in an hour. The changes can be requested by email too.

Quite satisfying service. 52aed for 8 passport size photos + digital photos. Value for money and the people working in there are quite professional - they were very good with my daughter and patient while taking the photos (toddlers can be hard to convince sitting when you need them to do that...). Location is ok if you live in JBR, near Amwaj Rotana hotel and a bit far if you live in the other end of the Marina.

Passport photos taken and printed in 20mins, way cheaper than the mall, and free parking up front.. cant ask for more really.4.5 stars as the place needs updating tbh..Im not sure what service the others are reviewing about.. mine is about passport and official photos, and the guys were friendly.Clearly know what theyre doing, abundance of experience when directing the photo shoot as well as editing. I have used them several times now for UAE Visa and Emirates ID etc.. this is the first time I use them for renewing my passport, and it was quite clear they knew what needs to be done.Who knew official passport photos had so many variations! (they did) :-)

Only good if you want to Xerox yourself. No professional photographer there.

AVOID!!I needed to print 60 4x6 inch prints.It was as if it was there first time to print.Communication was bad.It took 2 hours.Finally, when the they finished, they gave me 50 prints. Meaning 10 were missing.
