Go to place for my printing needs. Very very professional staff. All I have to do is just send them an email of the required printout and the time at which you want and there you go, you will have it by the time you go there. They not only take care of general printing but also are specialists in custom printing. If you are around this area, I cant suggest a better name for printing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Professional and efficient. Prices are pretty good too. Aed50 for a 70cm x 50cm print on semi-glossy paper. Theyll help you with a little bit of editing too! Highly recommended them.

Went today to get some printing job done and as usual Desco delivers well. It’s a Friday so their branch was quiet and no one was there when we came.

Had a terrible experience this evening with one Mr. P. First when I called to explain the job over the phone the person refused to listen despite sending the artworks over email. Then went physically to the shop to get the job done but again refused to listen and kept doing their own thing. Over the phone they committed the job can be done then and there hence took the trouble to visit despite having an urgent print job to be done. When they saw a few other customers walk in at that time the person then decided to give me the print outs one hour from then when they were supposed to do it then and there. Later when called to check he again spoke very arrogantly saying that job which was taking one hour will then take two hours. This job would have took him 15 or max 20 mins to print and cut in the sizes requested. This will be my first and last visit to this desco outlet.

The best and most inexpensive printing, scanning and photo services. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you want fast, professional and cheap service this is the place. You can send them your printing documents at [email protected] if you want to skip queuing. Also if you need photo for visa or making the memory album they can do whatever you imagine.Staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable.

This branch is on par with any other branch of Desco in that they cant handle more than a single customer at a time.The staff if completely foreign to the idea of a queue and simply asks everyone what job they need done and then swaps around between them; in other words: everyones waiting and nothing gets doneMoreover, theres no concept of priority. You could have been waiting for 10 minutes but the guy who just walked in and started talking will be served before you. So much for being patient and polite.Ive made it a point to never visit this branch again. If you value your time, I would advise you to get your printing done elsewhere.

Ordered stickers for an event. Picked them up and the ink was rubbing off when touched. I was told they are printed at another location so wherever they were printed forgot to laminate the stickers and now I don’t have stickers for this event. I did receive the stickers the day after the event and the customer service was very helpful but wouldnt discount or credit me for the printing mistake. The quality of the stickers are ok but wouldve been more helpful to have examples of different types of stickers so first time buyers like myself know what theyre getting.

They do printing, and usually arent too busy to get it done right away. I go here sort of regularly, even though I get in a mood about climbing the stairs every time. (Theres no elevator.) I know. Thats not their fault. But it is part of the deal.What really twists me off most recently is that they used to offer a sizeable company discount to various persons working for large, local companies. As I recall, it might have been a 50% discount 3 years ago for printing. To be fair, I used to go to the branch in DSO. Nonetheless, when I inquired today about a discount, I was told 5%. Yeah. 5. Percent. As in, the amount of VAT surcharge that is added back on. Do I need to comment further? Actually, it is almost cute and humorous.Whatever, Ill still go get printing done here because it is more environmentally friendly (I tell myself) than purchasing a home office printer. And, they ARE open late.

I was super satisfied with the service. They are very helpful. I will keep coming back for more print job and will definitely recommend desco studio city to my friends. Thank you for helping me with my invitation card.

Visited this place to scan some certificates, 7 exactly. it was 30 minutes before this place closes . He scanned them and sent them to my email. When i checked the scan it was so faint and the stamps on the certificates was not even obvious. I told him i need him to scan it again with less brightness so the stamps would show. He answers back saying” Madam we will close in 15 minutes “ i asked him how is this relevant to my request? it won’t take u 10 minutes to scan it again !!And of course starts speaking in his own language to the other employee which i found rude and unprofessional. And after insisting, he scanned them again properly!Visited this place for the second time and still , same horrible customer service , wanted to print a book from a dropbox link that i sent to their email.He simply says we cannot!! He didn’t even put any effort to try. I said any print center would do so , then he talked to the other employee in their own language which is totally still unprofessional! while am standing waiting, then the third employee said it’s okay she will do it. For real?! is it that hard. It was very disappointing that i just left without printing anything.I don’t exactly understand what service do u provide as a copy and print Center?Printed the book in 15 minutes in another place and they gave me even a cheaper price

Very unsatisfied about the service and unprofessional staff.Collected a bunch of images on Saterday that was urgent. As I was about to pay for the images, I had a quick look at my prints. All images were off color that one can clearly see with the naked eye. All the photos had a pinkish color cast. Staff didnt really know how to correct the color cast.I ended up spending 1 and half hours at the store just correcting the work for the staff who at no point really wanted to do effort or assist.I ended up just taking the prints as i couldnt wait any longer and now have prints i can’t use that cost me 500 dhs.

Didnt know what they were doing. Went in to get passport photos taken. They didnt have the right studio set up and there were glares on our photos. Then they didnt understand that they have to stamp, sign and date photos. After waiting for 30 mins, we left after they told us they cant stamp the photos.
