Fake fake fake reviews. Don’t believe anythingThis is the worst printing house in dubai.The owner of this place is rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t respect his customers.I ordered a print on Kraft boxes which he made me make an advance payment for the printing. He said he can accommodate the prints and give me proper samples.First he printed my samples completely wrong with the fonts double the size of the designs I emailed him. Then he refused to give me a new sample, and said it’s not part of our agreement and I have to pay extra (despite the sample being wrong).Anyway, I had already paid a deposit which he said goes to the sample so I was stuck. I adjusted the sizes and insisted that I would be crystal clear on my next email for the mass production.I gave the new designs by email with two variations of the boxes (500 with one design and 500 with another). I then asked him to check his emails 5 different times.I paid everything, again drove all the way to dragon mart and received the prints incorrectly done. He instead told me it’s not his fault, I should have told him to check his emails (even though I told him 5 times to double check everything). He blamed me and got angry at me instead and said he can only put a white patch on it and reprint on top of the original print.I wasted time and money on a completely unreliable company. He doesn’t pay attention to any details or communications. He only likes the sound of his own voice, is rude and arrogant and refuses to ever take any responsibility for his work.

The great reviews of this business must be fake. Placed an order by email for pvc cards to be delivered to my hotel. Paid extra for rush service - on top of the exorbitant prices they quoted from the start. I asked for them to print one card and send a photo to verify the quality. They would not. I needed them rushed so I trusted that they would do a good job. They sent a digital proof that looked fine. Unfortunately, the cards arrived and the quality was incredibly disappointing. I was not able to accept them and I sent the cards back with the courier. Low resolution, cheap card, and the alignment was WAY off on the printing in comparison to the proof.I’d completely avoid this company. They can’t even accept basic credit card payment. Good for them, I guess, because I can’t do a chargeback.
