Amazing neighborhood, quiet and beautiful.

The location and exterior design is nice but my cousin lives there and the interiors are cheaply done with common problems being mold and thin walls.

We love our apartment. We even renew our contract for another year. This will be our 3rd year in Miska 2.What we don’t like is the security of Emaar. Even the Emaar community management team doesn’t care if you lose something in the corridor example your bottle of water (Albayan water bottle)They will tell you to ask for police before they investigate and view their own camera.This happened to me. I tried to ask the police for help but they refused and told the guard to review it themselves. Again, very unreliable. You better not leave your bottle outside your door for refilling.
