Good place to stay. But exorbitant cooling charges. Rent +cooling charge is unreasonable. Everywhere rents are reducing but not here

It has a park for kids but no swimming pool or gym. It is crowded in comparison to the rest of Mirdif and at times you would spend a long time trying to find a parking space.
