Good swimming pool view and a great landscape as well. 4 building with 2 pools (main and kids) gym, kids playing area

A very nice location but horribly managed. Emaar community management are beyond incompetent. The gym and toilet facilities are filthy and used by labor.The water cuts intermittently without notice.Parking is so dirty.There is no facility management taking care of the building its a total mess.A home should be a place of comfort. Park Point is no where near that because of the extremely poor management and lack of care..try calling their hotline or sending an email and all you get is high blood pressure.

Below my earlier comment. As of August 2020 another delay notice on the handover. Total more than 2 years delay.Do NOT buy property at this location or from EMAAR in general. They think that they can get away with anything and they breach contracts left and right.It is now officially 17 months delay on a Park Point project, with the total delay period of 20.5 months IF the project handed over in November 2020 as per recent notice without further delays.As per my Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) Emaar is allowed to delay the project for 12 months from the first designated completion date only which was in Feb 2019, but when you advise to Emaar customer service they ignore your SPA and tell you that everything as per SPA contract. Total scam.

I dont have enough words to describe this place but just spare some time and passby then you will come to know that this is another world in Dubai, soon bueatful with green every side to side . Its a wonderful place.
