Building is very maintain but there security stuff is very bed they always fighting with all talents.... There whole day object is fight with any one and shouting dont leave here with family ......

The place is best because of green house

I have been living in this building for more than 10 years now, this is one of the best managed residential building in Dubai and the management is also very good. Very clean from inside and from outside as well. The only negative about this building is the entrance, there is no proper entrance to the building, you have to cross the parking area to enter the reception area. Besides that everything is very good. They also have well equipped gym with sauna and terrace swimming pool. From the location point of view it is very well located, 5 mins from Dubai Airport and metro station is just 2 mins walk away.
