One of the best residential towers in Dubai, built by Emaar Properties in Downtown. This is also one of the most expensive properties to rent or buy in Dubai, however once you are in it, you will know why is it expensive. Great views over Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain as well as great location right on the Boulevard.

Visited the Top. I would say value for money is low....

Fab place to live especially if you have the view.
