Moved in a 2 bedroom apartment. They promise re-grouting of the tiles which they did without removing the old grout and they just put over the old one. After 2 weeks all the new grout came off. Now it looks the same (old and dirty). I asked for a ladder from the maintenance to put my curtains up, they said they do not deal with the apartaments and only with the villas in the complex. I asked if I should buy a ladder and the response was:Yes, buy a ladderThe location is great but the maintenace department and the work done in the apartments is awfull.

Average location in Deira, easily accessible at all times from several roads.The administration puts in effort in maintenance, but the population is not very disciplined.The building is not modern but is well maintained.There are many shops and services around it.But there is no covered parking,A central location in Derira, and it can be reached from. multiple routs all time.Administration is making an effort in maintenance but tenants are not highly committed.Building is not new but maintenance is good.It is surrounded by supermarkets and services.But there is no covered parking.
