Been trying to phone all day and no answer! Unless the number provided on Google is incorrect? 🧐

My MacBook Air decided it wasnt going to turn on at all leaving me in a mad panic! As I am working on my own online business, my laptop IS vital to all I do. I called the Pro TECHnology store and got ahold of Jason. Apart from the fact of being extremely reassuring and letting me know what my options were before even arriving, I felt somewhat better. I arrived to the Emirates Tower location and Jason greeted me and got straight to assessing my laptop. After not even 10 minutes he had my laptop back in working order. He then educated me on how to avoid this issue in future and also answered all my questions fully. Jason is an asset to your store and I hope hes compensated properly. So many of my people have Apple products and if they are in need I will 100% direct them to this location to deal directly with Jason. Thank you so so much for your excellent service!
