Delivery time was also great with one rig finishing in the same day and the other being delivered within 24 hours.Highly recommended to go down and have a chat with the customer service team if you’re in the market for a build.One note - love the new warehouse but you can do a bit better with the reception area.

Never in my life i thought i would write a review of a store online but microless made me do it. When your order something online its comfortable because u see all the items in stock, your delivery time and good customer hotline service in case you want to clarify some things. but not in microless case. 11.09 i put an order number 206410 on an item, same day my order gets confirmed and i am told ill recieve it 12.09. next day microless tell me my order can not be completed, the item i was willing to buy is not available, they suppose me an other one, i confirm it. delivery day shall be next day evening. so when the next day comes microless is silent, nobody gives me a phone call to specify the delivery time. i myself make a phone call at 6 pm just to check. When you decide to give them a call, make sure you are ready to listen to the very nice melody for at least 15 mins and only after they will transfer you to a specialist, in my case when i was finally transferered to a specialist he said there is no way they will manage to deliver my item on time. wow. microless you win the award for the best on time delivery and the best customer service 2021. thank you so much for a pleasent cooperation. hope one day you will manage to solve your problems and learn to treat your customers in a proper way.

* First of all, this company is not reliable in terms of prices and customer service. All their prices on the website are not correct. I had a very bad experience with them twice, after placing my order, I traveled 100 km to their headquarter to pay the required amount (down-payment), and then I was surprised that they raised the prices from what they reported online. I can say that all their prices on the website are incorrect. Once you order and pay the full amount and you go to receive the item, they will ask you to pay extra or cancel the order.** Regarding the customer service, they are unprofessional, they shout on me, and they told me that I am blackmailing them. Although I have an official receipt of the item I bought.*** This company is not professional and not trustworthy, and I have found better quality for the same items at less prices outside.

FRAUD ALERT! Never ever think of ordering from here. Worst experience of online shopping. Evidence screenshots attached below.I bought an iPhone 12 pro International version for my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary. The order missed promised delivery times 2 times. These guys sold me a Japanese version IPhone 12 pro while I ordered international version ( clearly written on the sales page when I ordered ) . I called them before ordering to confirm if I’m ordering the international version, for which they said yes, even after asking repetitively. Now my wife is stuck with the Japanese version which makes the annoying shutter sound that can’t be turned off while taking picture.They don’t take this back and replace, saying we already opened the box. Because they promised to send international version, we trusted them and opened the box and there is no way to know unless someone techy enough to understand the Apple part numbers and decode which country they intend to sell the item for.I called these guys and explained the problem. It’s funny they say it’s a manufacturing defect and I should take product to Apple store in Dubai mall and they will replace it right away. While anyone with right sense can know a product indented for selling in Japan is not a manufacturing defect and Apple won’t do replacements as such. These guys are dealing dubious sellers who cheat customers for extra money in their pocket. Which is exactly the definition of FRAUD ( The act of deceiving someone for financial or any unlawful gain )I chose microless based on my previous experience with them for gaming pc parts ( 4-5 years back) and also the Gold colour was not available on Amazon.ae . This turned out to be a huge mistake.Please avoid these guys as much as you can, especially for phones. I think they are still considerable for PC parts, their main domain. But my issue still remain unresolved. I’m someone who never wrote a review for my purchases online. But this one should be brought out to the public , so someone can avoid this pitfall.

Dont order here as much as you can. I bought online a psu and mobo. At first they said it will be delivered in one day max. Then after one day they messaged that they don’t have the supply. They don’t even know when will it be delivered. They also dont respond tochat. Customer service is not helpful as well

If you want to waste your money and time then buy from Microless. It does not look alike real company but a bunch of peoples sitting in a room and just taking order once order is placed and after that your money wasted.and if you have placed the order, lead time 3 to 5 days and on delivery day they will call you to inform that stock not available.In case if there is issue in your system and you send them for repiar then just forgot your system . one guy wil keep you giving months time to get it rapair.

They have the worst customer service so far I have seen in UAE. First they recommended you a wrong product and when you return it they don’t want to refund or exchange for a better product. I was cheated by Thai company and I am proceeding with Legal case against them. Pls do not buy anything Form such companies.

Worst customer service experience in Dubai to date. After 18 years the call centre person you end up speaking to over promises and tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. In my case it was Randy who like the customer service agent before him (the previous day) kept assuring me my order would be delivered.The supervisor Areej was meant to call me back within 30 minutes and after 3 hours, I gave up. Dont expect much in terms of their service delivery. Youll end up disappointed. Rather order from a different company

Edit: The issue has now been completely resolved.Terrible online service, I ordered a monitor aboutone month ago, and cancelled the order within 1-2 days after ordering it. At that time, it still hasnt shipped out of Dubai. The support team told me theyll handle the matter, but they left me until it was actually shipped and only then did I start getting emails and updates.Two weeks of continuous communication with the customer service, and they keep telling me that they are in contact with the courier, and the courier keeps sending the same useless email that indicates that theyll check with the concerned team but they NEVER update back. Its been one month now and I have already informed the customer support that Im in urgent need of my money back the moment I cancelled my order.What an absolute joke.

I ordered an MSI X299 MEG Creation motherboard after seeing that their website was showing many quantity in their warehouse.After 4 days I have chased for delivery update. Revieve a call from this company that the motherboard is not available.Amazed how Microless can make this mistake or maybe its intentional to be able to offer alternatives that are not selling.Will never order from them again no matter how desperate I may be for computer parts.Awaiting a refund.

Very disappointed with this shopI ask about printer and they confirm that printer at JLT shop, when i arrive no printer , They site even when i was in shop confirm that 5 units still in shop :) After that mess they promise that they will deliver from warehouse before 9pm same day . Already passed 48 hours as i waiting for delivering , and support answer that is ok and they will call back in 5-10 mins to confirm time of delivery. Already passed 4 hours for waiting for confimation :)

I had problem with my HP pavilion x360 laptop screen. I handed over my laptop for the same. They outsourced the same work to thirty party. The screen is not fixed properly. It is coming out. They have fixed it with some temporary cheap glue. After fixing the screen second time, again the screen is coming out. Very poor service. I do not recommend Microless at all

Purchased a custom PC for work and some new components for myself too. Great experience and service. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Had one minor issue with my power supply but they managed to resolve the issue and give me a better one without any delay. Theyre bad at everything. Support is non-existent, their orders take way too long to arrive and the delivered by date is a mere suggestion. Good luck getting your stuff delivered a week after the date it was supposed to be delivered by. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Save yourself the headache and find another company to buy from.

But this time i was in a need of very small screws which i could not find anywhere. Out of nowhere, chatting on their website to check if it is possible to find them, Ahmed went above and beyond to help me and find the exact screws for my laptop. Bought a couple items, keyboard, monitor and gaming desk from the microless website. Still waiting for delivery, when it supposed to be 5 days ago. Amazing experience. Customers support is simply useless told me order will be shipped tomorrow and leaved a chat silently. Highly not recommend. Awful.

One of the worst website to deal with , they sold me a 6 years old broken PSU as new and I returned it Immediately , took them over a month and a half to refund me after calling them 15 times and they did a partial refund , id pay extra to buy from Amazon or Newegg rather than this website.

Bad service. I bought LG monitor and after two weeks it became dark on one side. I tried to contact with them to fix it or replacement it for two months and there is no answer.

I ordered mb and paid online with visa, everything was ok until one of the workers contacted me and told me that we do not have the mb but we have the smaller size or one of another type.!!!!! If you dont have it? Why if the website does not happen? I ordered a screen projector on 9th, the website was showing same day delivery. It was very urgent delivery because today there will be a football match, once I pay the item the website change the shipping time, to 10 maximum 11 so I decide to write a message and follow up with them. A person on the chat was kind saying he will put the order as Urgent status. Today is 11 and guess what I did not receive the item. I also call yesterday the shipping company they use, called Max express courier ( a very cheap shipping service with a lot of complain ) they assured me that by evening I will receive the item, then nobody call me and today is Friday so nobody will delivery. Thank you so much Microless, i will never buy again from you.

First experience was nice, I purchased a mining rig and get it quickly. But first glitch, I was called to pick it up because it is too delicate to be delivered. One of the GPU was faulty, I brought it back to the store and had to wait for a month and a half to be told it cant be repaired and be proposed a refund. Ive asked if another GPU is available and waiting for ten days now. So good first touch but then customer service is absolutely unreliable. Ive planned some other purchase and for sure it wont be with Microless.

Ordered a GPU thats basically sold out worldwide. the price was a bit high, but i also get the reason of that so it was not a big problem for me as i was looking for that exact custom since weeks.i also contacted customer service, and they have one of the best kind people working there. I was attended by a guy named Ahmed. he was super friendly and helpful. he even gave me a personal advice to enhance my customer and gamer experience. And tehy ship worldwide!!! Definitely going to buy more over here

I bought two LG monitors from Microless and they delivered my office. Just opened one of the box and connected it to computer. It was defective. Half of screen was totally black and was not working properly. After that, I informed Microless and wanted to re-check monitor. Almost after one month later called me back and they said “about this defectiveness LG doesn’t take any responsibility and they say it’s consumer mistake”. Then I asked them “I have bought brand new monitor and just put it to desk and connected it to computer. What shall I do now?” They said they cannot do anything but if I pay again around 170 AED money, they can send it for fixing. This is how Microless stand behind their products. After all fights, they have replace with another brand monitor. Now I’m asking, what if I would buy 10.000 AED television with same story? If you don’t stand behind your products or if you don’t want to try finding solutions, don’t make this business.

Ive bought small items from Microless without problems but recently had a poor experience. Ordered an expensive laptop through their website. After Microless missed the delivery date, had to contact their customer service only to find out the product is not available. Not sure how a company can charge a customer, sit on the order for several days, miss the delivery date, and then realise they dont have it. Got a full refund but unnecessary headache.

Didnt know which laptop to choose for my studies and the staff have been very helpful with landing on the right one, although, there were many options to choose from. The price is considerably smaller than in many other electronics shops in Dubai. Overall, highly recommend.

My boss online-ordered Dell Vostro 3401 14inch FHD Laptop, 10th gen Intel Core i3-1005G1, 4 GB RAM, 1 TB Storage, Integrated Graphics, DOS - Black | VOSTRO 3401. Didnt realized that it was Linux-ubuntu. So, I visited the store and requested for refund or exchange but was denied bec the device was technically used. i told them them that Im willing to pay extra besides the screen blinks every time i go to a specific site which i normally used for work. i also showed this to ALJON (their staff, completely accommodating personnel).i was advised that it blinks bec its in DOS, we can upgrade it to WIN10 Pro to correct, i agreed. I also bought extra 8GB RAM to ensure faster performance for multiple tabs since I use the device for work from home.fast forward, they installed inactivated WIN10 Pro (this answered my question why it was free). So, i had to purchase an extra WIN10 PRo online to activate the windows they installed. On the other hand, im happy i opted to install extra 8GB ram making my ram 12GB hence the performance i wanted when on multiple tabs and windows is achieved.Now, I called Microless and spoked to ALJON that my only problem is that my screen still blinks when im on the site i complained earlier. He said that i need to visit the store again. i agreed to visit the next day. But i didnt. because i realized that they might only tell me that its NOT the device but the site itself. Although I dont experience this to my personal laptop. So, I dont want to get frustrated and so I choose not to go back to the store.Overall the experience is mediocre. At some point we have fault because we didnt realize that we ordered LINUX UBUNTU i3 and paid AED 1,664.25 which i think too much for the price. Although they gave me an upgrade of Windows 10 Pro for free, it was inactivated which I was not informed at the first place. I asked is it for free? Immediately they said Yes. I doubted because License are not free. Plus theres no MS office, installed even though inactivated. so I had to install and buy extra license for MS office.my thursday-friday-saturday-monday were super tedious only bec of the device we purchased on this store. so, if you will buy, please READ carefully, and call them to ensure you are purchasing the right device you want to purchase.They gave me free inactivated upgrade for WIN10Pro and free service of installing the RAM i bought. I also bought extra Philips Bluetooth mouse from them which is fine.

Ordered an Asus router on 15th March. Microless website encourages potential buyers to order before midday for delivery tomorrow. Their site also states that they have many of these routers in their warehouse.I was contacted by Microless yesterday stating that they were having trouble sourcing the router, so the statement on the website that they have many of these items is not accurate! They offered to provide me with a two pack of the same router, but this was around 70 to 80% more than my original purchase and I declined as I don’t need an extra router and I didn’t want to pay extra.I contacted customer support this morning and they suggested that they would try and get me my router tomorrow 18th of March.The whole experience has been very frustrating and has left me very disappointed! As of now, I still don’t have the item I ordered for next day delivery!Update: The router arrived late in the day 17th March. The supplier kindly responded to my frustration, which was much appreciated.

Terrible!! Ordered online, did not deliver for 3 days, after paying for express delivery. And I had to call and find out they don’t have the item hence they can’t deliver!!! Such a wastage of time.

I went to microless because changing my power supply. The price is reasonable and the service fee is 50 aed. The product was not much more than I thought, and the engineer made a mistake not to plug in the mainboard auxiliary power line. But its not big problems. I could have trusted myself to show me how to replace it. Its good thing about MICROLESS.but I want you to handle my computer accessories more carefully.Thank you for changing my power. Today, the easiest product to buy is the PC or any IT equipment.You can find locally or internationally many options from resellers, distributors or online marketplaces with all the brands buying options, but what you really care about is the customer support and mainly service after sale, where these can be hardly retrieved with majority of the resellers.Being their clients from many years, I can simply say as follows:-Prices are identically same with any international authorized retailer-Product knowledge of the staff is high and they even advice you the product that fits your needs best.Finally, after having a technical issue in 10 months regarding with my purchase from a reseller, they took a professional action and they provide support immediately, unlike any other IT resellers I encountered in my life.(Note: The issue happened during the recent lockdown, where they managed to send a driver 48 hours to my flat to pick the device in order not to let me carry a 25kg desktop)To sum it all, I can say that Microless is one of best supplier than can provide real pricing and best support.

Although I have never been to the store, but I have tried calling and messaging them several times but received no response at all from them. That made me lose all confidence in their customer care. If a store is not ready to talk to the customer before selling their product, imagine what would they do in their after-sales service...Just could not take the risk.

First of all - the website is very detailed and user friendly.The information on stock availability is very accurate and helps to decide on the purchases.Now the store is just pure awesome. Completly crowded by inventory will make anyone geek out. Its super hard not to buy stuff you dont really need, but really really want hahah.The staff is super helpful and friendly.Ive order PC components with in store pick up. When the PSU failed to arrive on time, I was given an upgrade free of charge. The AIO cooler didnt fit my case (my mistake) and exchanging it took no time at all.The sales person that helped me with advice on my purchase (genuine advice, not upselling) also helped me carry the components to my car.Just excellent!
