Just as I did seven years ago when I bought my previous laptop, I painstakingly visited every other shop in Al Ain Centre to source information only to return to Lucky Star because they had the best selection, best value, and best smiles.

This review is from a guest of mine visiting the country for the first time and in urgent need of computer supplies. We were promised here for next day delivery for 15 items on the list of items required, and only about 5 items were delivered the next day.The rest of the items had to be delivered over the weekend which led my guest to cancel his flight and pay for a new flight ticket which was not worth the whole trip.Also, when inquired for an item on the last day, they said it can be delivered within an hour and it was in their other shop but after almost 2 hours of sitting in the shop waiting for the item to arrive, we were told the item wasnt available and by this time all other shops in Al Ain Centre were closing down so we had no chance to get the sad item.Cannot deliver as promised, and when you complain, they say that we should appreciate them for keeping their shop open for an additional 30 minutes past business hours, not realizing the fact they sold items for over AED 35,000 during that time. Guess they do not like doing serious business.

This is one of the best store in Burdubai Computer Plaza, I am buying my computer for my sister, excellent service.
