I was very happy with the service that Youssef provided me with. I had a backlight issue with my MacBook Pro and he replaced the screen with a reasonable price and additionally did a few minor jobs on the device free of cost.And later he also replaced my AirPods as there were sensor issues.

Its a very professional and swift service for Apple products , we spent there a little bit of time due to the iphone replacement and we were offered tea and coffee while waiting from the cafe opposite. Yusuf was very helpful..I couldn’t get an appointment in any of the Apple stores, so I was referred to the Makina and meeting Yusuf was the best thing that happened to me and electronics. He helped me get back my two phones and laptop which all crashed.

Excellent service! We went in to get our phone fixed which had an issue of low volume from the speaker. We asked the gentleman to fix it, and the phone came back in less than 5 mins. He just cleaned the speaker and removed the dust and dirt from it, that too without any charge.

If you go for battery replacement for Iphone, if the actual cost is 300AED in all other Authorized Apple care provideds Makina Technologies will charge you 550AED to 650 AED. Funny thing is every time you call them they will say different rates but always almost double. Funny

I am really thankful that there is a place that i can go and fix my Mac book quickly as possible. My laptop was not charging at all, i also tried to plug the charger again and again and it was not still working. I was kind of terrified what if my essays and all the HWs that i have to submit is gone. The next day i went to Makina and MR YOUSAF helped me a lot to make it work. I was facing an issue with the Touch Bar of my MacBook Pro. The Touch Bar was completely not working. My MacBookAir was having battery issues so I took it in to Makina Tech for a diagnostic. The manager very quickly assessed that I needed a whole new battery. When I brought in a replacement battery he replaced it for me right away! Very professional and nice staff, I would definitely recommend.

Just had a very horrible experience with the store manager Hussain in al Barsha shop he damaged my phone doing a charger port cleaning. When returned and I had asked him why does my phone seem not right. He then went on to blame me and that my device is water damage.When I tried to explain to him my problem and that it was perfect condition before the services he did with my device which is under warranty, he was simply rude. Plus I had to also pay for the service even being under warranty. Forget owning up his mistake.ATLEAST DO YOUR JOB & NOT TALK RUDELY!!Listen to what the customers has to say.What’s really even worse and sad is I’m also a person of determination and was upsetting to see people treating us with zero respect and no empathy at all!!!!

When the Apple store had a 10 day waiting list Makina took me in with no appointment. Their professional staff called as they promised and in 3 days my laptop was like brand new. I would have still been waiting in line infront of the fancy Apple Store.

My Macbook Air trackpad is not working, i feel 😞 when Mr. Yousuf mention that it will take 2-3 days diagnosis and after that they will order the parts once its defective and i need to wait for the replacement parts. And for the fast service of Mr. Yousuf, he only processes the replacement of trackpad with in one day. Mr. Yousuf, you really good at focusing on what customers need and require.
