Not professional, rude and incompetent staff making trouble from nothing. NEVER try contact them. They do not understand a word! By the way, Samir is the owner of the company and he told me that he does not give a f*ck about my complaint)))) Just imagine if GM is like that, what kind of staff they have)))

Ive recently visited iMac Repair Dubai to upgrade my iMac. The service from start to end was outstanding, although I went late and I was pressured to have my machine fixed, Samir and his colleague finished the job in less than hours. It is beyond expectations, and it saved me from buying a new iMac as my old one has literally became new. Hats off, thank you for your friendliness and professional work. Samir was an absolute professional and he fixed my MAC in the best way - also he help was expedient considering these COvid times. He also helped setting up the MAC software. He was also very patient with all my constant questionings and helped me get educated in this process.
