Very professional and great service. Prices are reasonable and not heavy on pocket. I got 2 iPhone screens changed and a Lenovo laptop Serviced. All seems to be perfect.

Very poor costumer relationship and poor way of communication, not like attitude. Indeed i am not sure how these guys are doing business in such and international environment.

The owner/manager is very trustworthy and is excellent in identifying the issues of your device. It is really good to entrust your device to the person who had personally experienced the same issue as you are having since it will be solved immediately. So I highly recommend you to visit this shop and just after some time, you will go out with a big smile on your face!

Excellent mobile engineer in this shop .today I change my 11pro max display in this shop .its emagine 15 minutes they fixed my phone and I am really happy .

I am an IT engineer and visit how IT people sadly scam average user!I visit Umer Store and I told him I need UV glue for a shuttered Note9 he told he has but he sold me bad quality full glass (Not UV) for 20AED, IF YOU DONT KNOW DONT LIE PLEASE, also didnt know how to install it.The ideal solution in this case is to refuse to sell and recommend to repair the phone as shutter glass is dangerous. Also he should have to refund me the money in which he didnt; however I tried giving him extra 10AED (30AED) total but the least ethical to do is to return the extra mistake 10AED so I gave him a star for it (which is the only star).If you are an average user and have Samsung curved OLED screen, you can buy them at cost price at AliExpress which is around $1USD (3.67-4AED) or 9-15 AED UAE online stores like Amazon.Also my fellow user, learn how to install UV glue via simple YouTube tutorial, believe in yourself and do NOT depend on most IT people on the market as they take advantage of people ignorance!Good luck and hope spread knowledge around UAE and worldwide! 😀

I am very choosy about my mobile and laptops. Usually I prefer branded shops for repair.Mobily repairy experience:======================My phones power and volume buttons were not working. So was not able to start the phone.Called the shop. Listening to my phone issue they told me that parts are not available. I insisted them to try 1st. Shop agreed for a trial. After visiting the shop I found it tiny and I was not convinced that they can solve it.But they came out like a surprise. They are really competent enough to solve your phone issues. Fixed my phone within few minutes.Note: you dont need to spend hundreds of Dirhams for warranty if you can find such competent shop with reasonable charges.Laptop Repairy Experience:======================*HP Envy 15 pro book*As I told you they came out a surprise compared to their shop size. You can have your laptops repaired here as well.Sharaf DG was unable to support by Laptops battery locking issue. But they have fixed it.Also they have fixed my touchpad which was not working.Most importantly I have received instant support in reasonable cost.

They are master of lying, poor service, hide the truth, too much expensive, they are even not capable for 1 star but this is necessitation to submit comments.

As far as my experience is concerned, I was not satisfied with their service.

The worst place Ive been to. First went to them to get my screen replaced, got it done and after 4 days again the same issue with screen, without even looking at the phone, they claimed i must have dropped the phone. and need to pay again for the screen. When i told them the just repaired it 4 days back, asked for the proof that i repaired the phone from them.So anyone going there please make sure you collect the bill, so atleast you are safeguarded somewhere.
