Unprofessional, Not recommended for Laptop repair from my experience.It took 4 months for me to get back at least my laptop back.I gave laptop for not power on issue ,They told will give a quotation within one week, but even after one month when i chasing them, they told their technician from outside center is checking and they will inform after that, but they never callback.Again I chased them then they told it can repair by changing some parts in motherboard, i told to change the parts and make it ready. but even after one month when i check with them , they told hard disk is damaged that need to change, as i am helpless, i asked to change that too.Even after that no response from them , when i check with them again they saying for may repeated times technician is checking laptop .At last after 4 months i keep on chasing them , then finally said laptop is ready , so i went and collect the laptop, but when i check properties the configuration is changed from i7 to i5 and ram 6 gb to 4gb with out informing me and screen & body is got too many scratches too. I returned back and they replied they can change ram to 6gb , but i5 they cant change to i7, the reason they said is , the original mother board is damaged so they changed with some other old laptops i5 board and not ready to return the changed parts.and they started threatening like if you want take like this or they will put my laptops original parts and return money..Really unprofessional to dealing with customer , not recommending for new laptop repair, they will replace with old parts..
