Machines are great. No issues with the locations or customer service. Had major issues with the coffee travel mugs. Work great the first time and after that you can barely close them . Always have spills every single time I use them. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic machines and good range of coffee combinations from all over the world. The coffee is always super smooth and yes Im a fan. This place sells the full range of machines and has both the small and large capsules. They give you recycling bags and can return them here full with your used capsules.You can sample the coffee here before you buy which is always helpful. You can also purchase mini biscuit bites to have with your coffee as well as small nespresso cups for espresso etc

Yesterday , I went to buy some coffee. This store usually have welcoming employees that are helpful, but yesterday’s experience is anything but. There was this lady who was behind on of 3 selling points they have.She asked to move to where she is instead of coming over. There was no smile, she was not helpful in explaining more about the different coffees available. She did not look interested in selling . She did not organise the coffee properly in the bag.I actually thought rather than welcoming customers she want to push them away ???

I dont know on what basis they are choosing their employees now. i will never buy from this particular store ever. the arabic lady wearing glasses is rude and unwelcoming. when i went in to buy she asked me for a smaller bill and i didnt find any with me and she just declined the purchase. she was OK with a customer leaving the store empty handed than getting or asking to get a change for the stores benefit.

My favourite coffee but the thing is that they have club for the coffee buyers this club has no benefits or you can collect points i dont know what is the reason to be in the club just to have my data apparently I pay 500 every month at least I hope they will give some benefits for the loyal coffee lovers

Very good looking store and eclectic collection of coffees but not great deals. The salesperson said shed give us a deal for essenza mini and milk frother for a good price, under 1000. IDK about your guys, but 315 for a milk frother is just steep. If you like milk coffees, Id suggest visiting Dolce Gusto, although not very fancy, the salesperson was helpful direct and gave us good advice. Also, I dont have to mix drinks myself after paying 1000 AED.

I visited this branch yesterday to find a lovely lady with an attitude, who clearly has a very bad day. I told her I received a new machine as a gift and I needed her to explain to me the preparation choices, she showed me one option button and told me to watch the rest in the YouTube.I asked to purchase coffee capsules and she wasn’t helpful at all, and finally she sold me the wrong capsules than I chose.. I really wish I can remember her name to give an official complaint against her as she ruined my first Nespresso experience.

I think the employees there should be more kind and professional. Actually yes they are bit rude.I wasn’t informed that for the first time there would be an air issue so the water wouldn’t come out. I had to take the machine back to the shop. The fixed it but when they put back in the box they broke the box.I didn’t feel that professional way and it actually ruined the good impression of the time I first entered.I will still go to buy the coffee but not that much satisfied anymore.
