Great place to purchase high quality coffee in Dubai Mall. I can say its from the only coffee shops of the mall (I didnt see much more).I could try two coffees to choose the one I liked the most. Thats a very nice detail because coffee in UAE and Saudia are different (special) from average coffee and tourists may not have knowledge about it.The only thing that could improve is the motivation of the ladies that attend. They seem a little bit bored and tired. But even so, it was all good.Very recommended.

**UpdateBought a coffee machine from this store, after 2 months I had a problem with my coffee machine, I tried to contact the manager but he seems to busy to care about his customers by ignoring them and disrespect them by not even to show off in the shop and solve the issue. Definitely a must visit store if you’re a coffee lover. They have all different kinds of coffee from all around the world, and they even sell all kinds of coffee machines. The staff members are there to help you decide, you will need them because the endless options makes it tough to choose.

Be ready to see the worst customer service behavior. They simply don’t have any good attitude to show to their customers.

Good store with a reasonable selection. However the selection available is primarily of high end coffee machines with limited brewing equipment. The brewing equipment had limited options to check them out and buy.

I enjoyed my visit, I was talking with the barista Yirene there, she was helpful and great, well done , they have all the tools and stuff to complete your coffee bar at home from A to Z.

I already knew what I wanted, so I just headed there because I know they had what I wanted which was a coffee grinding machine.the box that was given to me was very dirty, I asked the staff to clean it for me which they did, but still the box was not as clean as it is supposed to be. I didnt want to be an annoying customer so I did not bother honestly.I finished my transaction within 5 minutes and left.I got back home and when I opened the box, it seemed as if this product was already open, not used but it was open, judging by the coffee grinder top cover that had fingerprints all over.again, I am not being an annoying customer, but paying the Dubai Mall premium and the exclusive dealer premium, I expected to have better customer service, clean products, and most important a closed and unopened box or atleast make sure to clean it before putting back the items inside.I dont recommend to anyone going to this shop, as I am 100% sure they are selling things there for a huge premium, Hario thermostat sold for 480 Dirhams, I got mine from Amazon with free shipping from US for 185Dhs. you be the judge.

This is a must visit for everyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee.

The only downside to the iCoffee store is where it is located - The Dubai Mall. And they do not deliver beans...so you have to go there and fight for parking and all the associated ills of the place. On the other hand, their house-blend bean is top-shelf, freshly roasted and just so very good. It is the lowest acid-bearing bean I have found in Dubai so far, yielding a rich creamy taste low in tannic-acid and full of flavour, from the first sip to the delicious lingering aftertaste. WARNING: It is VERY addictive! A 250gsms bag of the stuff will set you back Dhs 75 so this is by no means a cheap supplier. Such is the price of addiction

The store is in the Dubai Mall and its location is located in the map of the Dubai Mall..The shop is amazing and its quality goods is considered the ideal shop for coffee lovers and every barista is professional because it contains everything that they aspire for to prepare the coffee..I wish they had a special delivery service under these conditions and also I wish If they have a branch in Abu Dhabi! We never have a shop like this and we need accessories for the home coffee machine..and I also suggest that they have a site attached with the store data here

Frankly exaggerated prices too where I went to buy the balance Haryo and surprised at the price, said price 365 dirhams a member of staff with the price known as 199 dirhams this disregard for the minds of human beings !!!
