Thought the location is not accessible still thumbs up for the vibe of the store. Very quiet and peaceful. Not crowded. The store is clean and the guy baristas are nice and friendly. Their ladies employees are kinda sociophobic they don’t smile at all even you see them in the stairs. But the men baristas are cool and friendly, they are very attentive and easy to chat with.My favorite spot for Starbucks in Dubai and I will definitely come back!

Neighbourhood coffee shop. Go every morning (very early) to catch a cup with my dog. Very helpful folks. Highly recommended.

The place is cozy and nice but the smell upstairs where people are supposed to be seated is terrible and the barista wasn’t responsive when she was told about the odd smell.

Im a very loyal starbucks fan, daily coffee or 2 but the lady called Teddy in that branch has a rude attitude, she seems not willing to help & bothered by a simple 1 coffee order !! She didnt hear when I said almond milk & when I double checked with the barista guy, she said you said little milk but I actually said little milk, almond milk pleaseHowever the barista guy was friendly & so fast & re-made the coffee while I paid the paid the difference.

Starbucks is always a good coffee. The only thing I didnt like there was the bad smell. Not sure what was causing that and if it was just temporary. Another thing the seating area in the back suddenly some generator worked and was noisy.

Wifi is free because once you buy a coffee or any item you get a WiFi card which you can use for 1 hour each.The coffee is greatSandwiches and cookies and many other things are available there you just visit the place and see by yourself and enjoy.Staff is helpful and friendly and hardworkingThe place is super cleanThe atmosphere is greatThe view is amazing if you are in the top level of this cafe shop. If you are outside in the seating area also you will be happy with the view and fresh air and less noisy street.Have a great time and enjoy your coffee

Not the best Starbucks branch. But upper level is empty most of the time so perhaps good for studying.
