Looks like a venti Americano, but it is basically just brown water. No flavour whatsoever. Disappointed!

Starbucks truly has a consistent brand theme as weve noticed and welcomed as weve traveled to many countries...HOWEVER..what is regrettably different in the Dubai area..Starbucks does not allow the sale of decaffeinated whole beans along with their caffeinated whole beans!!!I have been to several stores both at the major malls and Starbucks locations in the Marina areas and although behind the counter they have the bags of decaffeinated whole beans (Ive been shown) the staff who were willing to sell the bags were prohibited by doing so by policy as these bags were only to be used for the store making decaf for customers use only...how RIDICULOUS...management who explained the policy were not able to make exceptions as the codes are not in the registers to allow the sale...SAD!

Of all the Starbucks in Mall of the Emirates this is the most peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Staff are not that friendly compared to other Starbucks store but the place is definitely worth to visit, good music, books around you, and no annoying noise from line que while you are seated. 👌

Worst Starbucks in the world! Ordered caramel macchiato, received medium, told the barista that i ordered large, he took it back, put some ice in a large cup, and just poured the same coffee from a medium cup in a large, and passed it back to me.So the difference between large and small is the amount of ice?????? This is absolutely ridiculous.Happened at 7pm , 24.09.19, 2nd floor next to Sheraton entrance.

Good service. My coffee spill as the lid is not close properly. They immediately clean and replace my order. They even came after sometime to ask if all is ok. Hats off to everyone on duty today, 19 December 2018.

Tried the frappuchino and cake at the Starbucks. It was good. The location of the cafe is really nice inside the Ibn Batuta Mall. Coffee was really good cake was little bit too sweet. Ample seating space amd friendly staff.

I love the stuff.. everyone is very welcoming every single time I come. They’ve learned my name my fav drinks and this makes me very happy! I would like to mention Srijana.. she is very kind very nice, and very helpful. She was always attentive, she knows always what drink I need today)) Starbucks borders mall of the Emirates! Thank you so much for everything.

Coffee to go is good, however i wont consider sitting to tables again, bad service at sitting area, very dirty tables and floor 🤦‍♀️

There are now only paper cups, porcelain is also available on request. Very small seating area, hardly any seats available. Unfriendly staff, reluctant to give milk to coffee. There was a star for the uncomplicated WLAN.
