Normally we order from their famous competitor with no issues everThe coffee covered with cheap lid and was slipping from sides and when started drinking it was coldThey send the wrong donutsThey didn’t bother to wrap it in a paper or anything and just thrown in the paper bagNot even a single napkin with the order or any supplements or sugar bagsI will leave the judgment to you about the sandwich and if it is any close to the picture they have and be careful it came with some kind of very spicy red unpleasant sauce though it doesn’t mention anywhere that this breakfast sandwich comes with such spicy sauce and we all know where this sandwich ended 😞Very disappointed compared to what I hear about this brand and I better stick to the other ones

Canadian/North American style coffee chain including coffee options for the sweet tooth. To go with your coffee, they offer a mix of pre-made snacks including a variety of iced and glazed donuts - some injected with Boston cream (like custard). The donuts are pretty standard and ok, again good for the sweet tooth but not as decadent as some other chains can get.

As a Canadian, I officially grant Dubai Tim Hortons the seal of approval. They know how to make a perfect coffee and Canadian maple donut! Prices are high compared to Canada but much lower than many other restaurants in Dubai. Service was quick.Upstairs, there are beanbag chairs, comfortable tables, and a charging station with British style plugs. There was also a TV playing cricket. It was a hilariously amazing experience!

The JBR Tim Hortons has a good location and interesting coffee flavours (saffron, pistachio...) Those are the positives. Regrettably, the negatives way outweigh them. Service is not very polite, slow and seems like they do not really care what they serve you - be it completely cold breakfast muffin (the slice of cheese should be melting, guys, not hard and cold), coffee in a plastic cup (even if you asked for a normal cup or a couscous salad without taste. So 3 stars for the coffee and cheap prices, but there is a reason why this is the only place on the promenade where you can find easily an empty table.

Best branch among all.best location of course. Quick and professional service. Always fresh food.. Clean and tidy. anytime you come there you will be not disappointed. Staff is very friendly and polite. No need to explain simple things, which seemed to be tough for understanding in Mall of the Emirates branch or BurJuman branch.

I came to Tim Hortons for the very first time, while it was raining in Dubai. Came to JBR branch to have the famous french vanilla coffee and it was really great. The cold weather and the beauty of JBR made it quite good. Ambiance was calm and the taste and quality were great.

We stayed across the road at the Hilton for 8 nights and came here almost every day. They have such a huge selection of donuts and excellent coffee. We just didnt want to go anywhere else. Id highly recommend trying out their Chocolate glazed donut and timbits because they are divine! The staff are all lovely and everything is reasonably priced. They have seating outside, upstairs and by the cash register so you can always find a seat, even when its seemingly busy. We also tried out their sandwiches one day and were pleasantly surprised so had to come back the following night.

Tim Hortons in JBR is conveniently placed on the main street. Ive been there twice in the last 2 weeks for a coffee and donuts and I wasnt disappointed. Coffee was alright and after you purchase something you can fill up a quick survey going to the website written on the receipt and it will give you a code to write on it. Presenting it to the counter will entitle you to a free donut the next time you buy something. And if you buy your groceries at Carrefour, check your receipt, there might be a Tim Hortons voucher on the back.

Placed an order for delivery, I ordered 4 different breakfast sandwiches to try. They were so way off to what was described and what were in the pictures, the taste was merely average. For some reason the breakfast croissant was really spicy and that wasnt mentioned in the description. It was affordable due to a nice discount on Talabats part and I gave 3 stars because I like the personal packaging but thats about all it is.

Very rude staff name is sunny his behaviour is so cheap every 10 mints he came and said Oder something otherwise cannot sit here this is first time happend with us timhorton if you have staff like him pls close your jbr branch or change this man we are your regular customer he should be nice with customers but he was very rude I already complined with your manager as well very upset with his behaviour

Quite a nice 24 hours coffee shop on JBR , its near the Cinema and underground paid parking. JBR is quite a busy place on its own. Lots of tourists and local people as well.

Sugar syrup for my coffee 4 AED, could not believe this!The prices are same as any other famous cafes but quality is not very good!Interior not clean at all,Ambiance is like you dont want to stay there long!Staffs are more polite than other cafes, but I can give good ratings because of the quality and pricing of the food!

Horrible coffee topped with IDGAF staff attitude is all I had but then the chocolate chip muffin saved the day. 2 stars for the muffin, none for the abysmal coffee and the staff already didnt care.

My wife and her friend regularly(once in a week) visit Tim Hortons early morning(7:30 AM) for a coffee. Last week they again gathered and had bad experience with the lady taking order. Serving lady told my wife to come back after an hour however the opening time mentioned on the door is 7:00 AM. My wife just asked the opening time is already passed by 30 minutes than the serving lady passed bad face and the taste of the coffee is not usual. I think it was purposely done to avoid such person who comes early in the morning. Unfortunately i dont have the name of person who served.

First of all I would like to say that you are one of the most tasty coffee in the UAE! Im addicted for it! So, Im going to this branch each 2 or 3 days and you are not talking any action to solve the problem of the cooling system inside! Today the branch was so hot and humid! I appreciate to solve this problem so quickly and renew this branch!

Doughnot isnt good. Might have been baked yesterday or this morning (ate during the evening). Upside though, latte is great! Best latte Ive had in my life. I promise! I believe there is a hint of maple syrup in the latte which I love!

I had a coffee from Starbucks and felt gutted. This made me have faith in coffee again. Man was the coffee good or else. It was excellent.To compliment my coffee the donut was also at par with the coffee. I may opt for a 1 day transit next time I am in Dubai to relish Tim Hortons.

Only giving 2 stars for the service. When I arrived 3 of the 11 outside tables were occupied, I had to move cups and trays etc from a table to sit down. During my entire time there these tables werent cleared, every customer that came had to clear the table to sit down. A manager (Im assuming, looked a manager type) walked out talking on his phone at one point, when he finished he picked up 1 tray. I expected him to send someone out to clear the tables, but no. Why do that when the customers can do it for you......they definitely werent busy either

So disappoint with the manager of this branch. I was regular guest in this tim Horton JBR some of there staff knows me and my friends. Tonight there are 3 guest asking for charger with a different timing. Me also I ask If I can ask the socket for me to charge my phone. I saw that they have socket free from the counter. I understand that they are using the charger for there delivery but again I saw the socket FREE when I asked the Manager . I asked him if his supervisor here but he said no Im a manager here. I am also a manager of a restaurant and we always trained to get the guest satisfaction& Guest happiness while they are on your shop. Very disappointed! We dont mind If the shop of Tim hortons is sometimes are messy we can understand. But this things should not happen specially when you spoke already the Manager manager should not be SELFISH with the guest!!!

I didnt like the food so the atmosphere. I didnt like how they serve your meal. Comparing TGI or Chillie this place isnt my favourite.

My cousin and her husband are Canadians are were delighted to fi d them in Dubai. But they said the coffee just wasnt the same? My coffee was delicious.

This is a great Tim Hortons with decent seating outside, inside on the ground floor and inside on the first floor. The first floor seating has sofa chairs and lots of bean bags for extra comfy seating. There is also a TV and a separate console setup so you can enjoy a game whilst youre there. A good selection of cold drinks are available (Passion Fruit is particularly nice), hot beverages and doughnuts as usual (with Timbits being a hit!)

I ordered a chicken shawrma wrap, cookies, and iced coffe aswell as a warm drink was all very delicious and greatly enjoyed...as always donuts were super soft and fresh and were very yummy too. Staff are lovely and friendly

The main thing about this franchise that differs it from the rest of the coffee franchises, is that the coffee is much more affordable coming at 10 AED (around 3$) vs 20 AED ( around 6$) at most other coffee shops. However, coffee taste could be better.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY SHOW UP WITH COLD FOOD ONCE, BUT THEN AGAIN TWICE AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE FOOD WAS THE WRONG ORDER BOTH TIMES!!! WHEN THE ORDER SAYS TWO SANDWICHES AND BOTH TIMES THEY DELIVER ONE, WELL ITS TIME FOR A NEW STAFF THAT KNOWS HOW TO COUNT.

By far the worst coffee shop i have been in dubai. service is bad, tables are dirty. sandwiches and their breads are really bad. bagel buns are clearly old and heated. if you ask for brown bread for panini they give brown nordlander bread you can buy from carrefour and you end up paying the same price of a good quality coffee shop. Even McDonalds breakfast is half price and seriously much much better

I was staying at the Hilton right above the Timmys and Id get breakfast here! Good selection of baked goods and drinks including a couple you dont find in the Canadian Tim Hortons (lots of cold frappes to suit the hot weather here) which was a nice surprise!
