Wow!!! the molten chocolate cake is very tasty. The staff are very friendly as well, then its very accessible since its close in the fountain area which is located in Lower Ground Floor food court here in Dubai Mall, you have lots of options if you love sweets. Very Satisfied customer here. ☺️

Very nice place. Their location is great. Its in the middle of the prestigious Shk Zayed Road. I like the staff. Theyre well behaved and courteous. I dont like the management. Ive been complaining about fixing the mens bathroom for over a year. The upper management wont send a maintenance guy to fix anything. I started going to other places but this one is closer to me and I like the Salted Caramel Bedone they have. Ok hoping someone in management will read this and fix the bathrooms.

Friendly staff. Great service. Ralph who attended my order was a of great help. He has given me options and he suggested for me to try Frozen Chocolate Cooler and the taste was unbelievably awesome! Caribou... No matter which branch of Caribou I visit they never let me down.☺️

This is a review for a place we used to love many years ago When I moved Dubai from Roma I came here to sit. After work nearby Emaar .square.They still are good value and accommodate your requests. I checked it again last month. Belated .. reviews cheers

I generally dont give a 5 star rating because 5 stars means the place is perfect and do not need any changes and thats what caribous is... Its is perfect whenever i try new places for coffee or milkshake ... I compare them to caribou and caribou always stands strongI have tried many things here and no complains for anything.. They have really good coffee here the cashier Mr Birendra Shresth was friendly and nice . The coffee I got was 21 AED which is $5 US dollars a bit pricy but good coffee
