Costa offers a wide range of quick bites and coffee. Its located in a nice spot right in front of the Burj Al Arab hotel. Its a nice place to chill while taking pictures. The cheese twirl is a surprisingly good option. Also the carrot cake.and they have wifi.

The best ever Costa because of the view. Astonishing views to the Burj Al Arab. A really low cost option in case someone does not want to eat o spend a little more. Anything around is worth though

Don’t order any food there. You will get a frozen salad and after you are letting them know. They will bring you the same one which was just warmed in the microwave so you will get a cooked salad. Just HORRIBLE !

The view is amazing! Burj Al Arab is just in front of you. Sometimes the staff is busy and it takes some time to make an order

Just a very slip shod service.....mustve been the slowest ever prepared cappuccino...had to ask if there was a problem only to find him serving for take out.....but hey ho....lesson learned...Will just go elsewhere next time we visit.

One for the view and one for the quality of the coffee/tea... BEWARE, THEY CHARGE FOR HONEY, which was absolutely free before! 12 years Im here and i never seen such a thing. This city is becoming a true gold digger with all its brands.

Outside tables and seats r not clean. Could be better , unless they r too busy. In otherwise Costa is always good: nice arabika coffee with coconut milk, always order coconut flat white. Good variety of pastries. Nice granola and great fruits, veggies glasses.

In general the Costa Coffee has one of the NOISIEST KITCHEN among all coffee shops.All of its shops are similar, the have got very NOISY KITCHENS.If you want to sip your beverage and relaxing or reading a book. Its NOT RECOMMENDED at all!

Terrible at managing the order. Waiting for my coffee for more than 20 mins. Then realized that they didn’t notice my order..even worse.. NEVER apologized to me.. so I decided to cancel my order.Then moved to Starbucks and enjoyed my coffee within 3 mins.HORRIBLE service...only tourists will visit here to enjoy the view.

I am big fan of Costa Coffe in the whole world but in Dubai it makes me dissapointed.First of all - there is not lactose free milk in cafes in Dubai. I dont understand this, why Costa Coffe UAE buys soya/almond/coconout milk (in fact this is not milk, it’s only named so) but lactose free milk not (this is cheaper than soya etc)?I wrote 2 emails to Costa Coffe UAE about this problem, I get such response „Dear Customer,A member of our friendly and knowledgeable support staff will respond to your message within one business day.” but after nothing.I am every day customer and Costa should treat this a bit serious.A lot of people in UAE have allergy for lactose so it would be benefit to have in offer lactose free milk (soya/almond/cocounat is just tastes horrible).Iced drinks like for example bluberry cheescake frostino is really awful (full of some chemical siroup).Hot drinks are good and these meals I’ve eaten in Costa UAE are also good.However, better would be fresh sandwiches, not some long-term sandwiches from fridge.Staff in Souk Madinat is sometimes nice, but sometimes arrogant- it depends who works each day.

I always enjoy costa coffee , but this is definitely the worst branch of costa, when I asked if wifi is available the lady on counter said yes and then I figured out that theres no wifi available , and when I asked the guy to clear the dirty outdoor table , he picked up dirty mugs and didnt bother to clean the table or wipe it. really disappointed, that ruined my night.

Clearly the worst Costa coffe branch. Very noisy. The baristas create a lot of noise with cutlery and brewing. The seats are too close to each other and it feels like sitting at a canteen than a cafe. Would not go back again.
