This place definitely deserves 5 star, everything from food, to Staff members to decor is perfect.We went there on in the evening not knowing their speciality is chocolate, since the weather was hot we opted for their Spanish iced latte, it came in a beautiful bottle, the size of coffee was much bigger compared to other cafes of the same scale offering the same drink, the taste was very good we asked the staff member, to add an extra shot of espresso to our coffee which she kindly did.There are bunch of books available for you to go through, so a perfect spot for some me time, ir going with friends.They have a verity of freshly made products available in store and some can be even made to order.We were received and served by a kind staff member, blond lady in a muse dress, I would think she was the manager, very kind and friendly attitude of the staff.Will definitely return soon with friends to try their French toast which I saw on another table today 😀

Very nice and interesting concept. The place was busy with take away orders and the team that was serving was friendly and suggested great pistachio milkshake that tasted veryyyy nice. Great place and will come again to try their coffee and desserts ❤️. great coffee and the staff are really nice and the location worth the experience 😍✨ 💯.

Amazing place for coffee. But once you receive their at the closing time. They shouldn’t reject you. And must accept your order.

Its light and tasty, the flat white with oat milk was good.It could be slightly cheap specially its on a parking lot and no seating.I thought since its brioche and eggs it need to be eaten quite worm and straight after serving, I had mine almost an hour and still tasted good.

Convenient parking space. Good range of drinks. Had the Spanish latte and Oman chips with cheese crepe. Unfortunately they only had the crepes available when we went so couldnt try any other food.

Love their pistachio milkshake. I was kinda in pistachio coma for a while I would say. I had their affagato coffee a couple of months ago was not a big fan of it but this was something suggested by the server. I loved it though its expensive but worth trying. Their crepes are ok just like normal places.

I went to saddle next to Galeria in dubai with my friend to get coffee and when I asked for the menu the waitress called ferdie told us to scan the qr and i didnt have wifi or data, she was so rude and said its not our problem anymore if you dont have data. I complained to the manager, Yahya, who called ferdie to apologize and told her hell give her a warning if it happened again. Thats so unprofessional and the manager shouldnt talk to his staff in front of clients this way even if theyre wrong. Extremely disrespectful, bad service and i dont recommended.

Good concept , good quality and good service - Please can you provide High Visibility jackets for your crew - at night I see them between the cars and there may be a risk of accident - providing your team with HV jackets will give them much better visibility at night in the parking @saddle Cafe management

I like the staff. For me before having good food I need even better staff. Cause they are part of the experience, sure saddle is a drive thru kinda shop but still. However the one drawback is the cappuccino frappe is too too sweet that it hurts. But all in all for a quick pick me up saddle is a no brainer

Awful service in this branch I was waiting more than 30 minutes and No one took my order, I was calling them to take my order and they asked me to wait and I decided to leave without ordering anything

I was the only one sitting there every time i have to pay direct for a order they think i was gonna run away? The coffee with the oatmilk (spanish) was nice but the male waiters where verry pushy like i have to leave or order every 10 minutes something i dont come back

It’s premium coffee for sure. Yet the price is abit expensive , like 1 small latte for 35 aed. In their defense it is really smooth coffee. The most elite and best cars will be there. Even if you ordered a coffee at a hotel it will be the same price anyway. So if you got the $$ then that’s the place to go.I love the Idea behind it also. Fits the theme perfectly. There is “massive” parking 🤪 considering its jumiera. Plus lots of beautiful women in their cars trying to be noticed 😉Have fun

Some of the best automobile spotting Ive seen in a while! Also yummy hibiscus tea and nifty outdoor live cooking station. Tonight there was a great DJ, so that was fun. It was my first time here, so I dont know if that was usual, but I was grooving to the tunes.

The staff are so kind and friendly, i love the fact that you can park your car and order from your car. I tried the iced pistachio milk shake. I like it. They have many over good sellers in the menu you should ask about. Everybody recommended the pistachio crepes which i tried it too. I prefer the drinks.

Their Saddle la brioche is amazing, but their crepes are average theyre not the best but i do like that they have the option to make it extra crispy. Their acai is good however 50 dhs for such a small serving is too much. Their location is great though and they have a lot of parking space.

The staff is really kind but in the UAE it’s really hot and all the staff are wearing jeans and long sleeve shirt and over that a mask and gloves... the guy who was taking our order was sweating from the heat... the least the owner can do is let them wear short sleeves

Good variety of sweets and coffee, their sweets have new trendy stuff all the time and they do taste good, the coffee is good also. The only down side of it is the price which is higher than the average.
