This Nero has a mix of booths, seated tables and couch seating in the main dome area of Dubai Marina Mall. It can be quite a pleasant place to sit and enjoy your coffee with the fairy light dome ceiling, surrounding shops across two stories and at times some attraction in the middle of the dome. However, on the down side it can get busy and at times some non-customers just taking up seats making it even more difficult to find a seat.This Nero has the full coffee selection, hot and cold beverages including non-caffeine drinks menu that Nero has to offer, along with various savoury foods such as sandwiches and filled croissants through to pastries and cakes. The coffee itself is usually a good standard with an adequate coffee hit for a coffee chain.When its busy, there can be a bit of a line and you would want to try and ensure you have a seat first before you order. However, staff try and keep things efficient at least in terms of getting the line moving.

Friendly small cafe in the main lobby of Marina Mall. Perfect spot to have a pannini and a cup of black coffee meanwhile you wait for your lady doing her shopping.

Nice.Location: Ground floor of Marina Mall, directly opposite Starbucks.Service: Very warm and welcoming. Polite and helpful members of staff.Ambiance: The open plan roof is amazing. Very relaxing sitting here. You can sit inside a closed area or literally with your back to the wall facing the mall. Lovely place if you want to sit and do some work, read a book, use your laptop or just drink and think. Seats are comfortable and there are different size tables for singles, couples and small groups.Price: Moderate- average prices of brand cafe chains.

I really love this place and i like that they offer this bonus cards :)) but sometimes it gets so busy and places are so limited :(Maybe its better to remove those big armchairs and keep normal tables with normal chair but another way it gives own charm to coffeeshop as well and makes it different from others. I loooveee that there r electric plugs everywhere and free internet of mall works good

Nice coffee and pastries. I like the location being near the entrance. Nice place to grab a quick cuppa before walking out to the tram station. Price ok. Wifi stable. Good place to do work on laptop during quiet weekdays.

Usually Caffé Nero or Costa are my go to when it comes to breakfast in a foreign country (Im Italian). Its one of the few places where they dont burn the coffee :) this particular caffè nero has the advantage of being in a very nice location, in the heart of the Marina Mall, under the beautiful sparkling ceiling.

Try their new carrot cake, it’s light without cream.

Horrible services ... the front supervisor amed Ariram has a bad attitude and refused to serve me on an offer valid by visa (by 1 get 1) saying that I have to take them together while I was alone sitting, I asked to take one now and one after 1 hour (same is possible any Nero else) but her refused stubborn and failed to show me T&Cs and called other Nero who confirmed the possible scenario but he kept saying they are wrong and Im right with no proof or evidenceI called other Nero and called Visa who confirmed YES I can take 1 now and 1 within 2 hrs but Ariram said NO .. shame on that guy!Horrible and I will never do Nero again NEVER .. you should be ashamed

Really negative attitude from the staff. Were so rude that I was put off from my order (I had requested to change my coffee to a decaf and the barista angrily threw the drink he was making away exclaiming that it was already made) after this scene I just went across to the Starbucks instead.Great seating area however!

Inside dubai marina mall

I visited their Marina mall outlet and the location was perfect just at the main entrance. The coffee as always was really good. In addition buy 1 get 1 is also available on entertainer.

Bought my Coconut Cappuccino, which I was very impressed they had, at 9:00 exact. I was in a hurry as I had to catch the Bus for visa run..It is 9:25 and I still cant drink the cappuccino, this is how hot they made it and this is why I dont buy Nero!!!!

Great coffee! They use fresh milk which is a plus point! I always visit during the weekends and the coffee is always on point! Make sure you try the flat white.

Coffee shop located inside Marina Mall. Decent coffee. Large seating area but as said, inside the mall so doesnt offer anything extra special. Regular coffee shop.

Its was a pathetic experience! Will never go there again! The staff was very rude and unpleasant! Cafe Nero has placed a very wrong guy at marina mall!!

Nice choice of healthy items for breakfast. Prices are a bit high, but that must be due to the central location of the café - ground floor - next to the main entrance. Service is ok, could be better though for the price paid. It is considered as one of the working cafés residents choose to use.

I like Nero chain coffee a lot. Same price with all similar coffee shop but coffee quality is much more higher and they brewing it as it has to be brewed. This Nero location I would recommend for take away option: grab your coffee and outside to Marina walk till its not so hot yet this time of the year ;)

Always Cafe Nero

Manager Ariram in a day time when Cafe Nero was closed and we set with my friend on the chair to have some minutes before going to the parking, he approached us to say that we are breaking the law by doing this in Ramadan. We werent eating or drinking. Just had 10minits of our time. This is ridiculous approach and the best ways to repel customers. I think this situation should be viewed by management of the mall and representatives of development department.

Been there many times. In my opinion it’s a slightly better place than Starbucks. Food and coffees are okay, nothing special. In the middle of the week evening time is the best to be there.

Aweful customer service! Ive ordered two cups of coffee to have a work session. After having sat there for 2 hours, went to the washroom, came back - realized my sit is taken, so sat on another couch. Waiter came to me and asked me to leave since the couch was taken (no bags or other indication of it being taken). I said I ordered coffee before and would like to continue sitting there only to get the reminder: You bought coffee 3 hours ago with a look to get lost. Its not like there was no space for new customers - other sits were available too.Up to date, Caffe nero was more than just a coffee, but a place to relax and spend a good time. Dont think that will be the case next time.

Cafe nero has a very tasty and good quality of coffee. Plus there s a variety of healthy options for snacks and delisious deserts. My favorite coffee place.
