The quality of beans imported to this roastry from Sumatra is superb simply because of a special friendship/connection that spawned between Mr Naji and the local owners of the bean trees. He personally knows them and they make sure that he gets premium first grade beans all the time.He also made it a point to be the first middle easterner to establish a contact with the original source of Geisha beans-Elida Estate’s Geisha that is owned by the Lamastus family-the farms that produce the magical Panama Geisha Beans.I can not recommend this place enough. Come and try for yourself-and hey, if you are a barista, you might get to brew your own espresso!

We spent almost an hour talking about coffee, its different production processes around the world, the different variates of beans, and the equipment used by different cultures to brew coffee; even though I just went there to get a bag of single origin beans. Najis knowledge of coffee beans reaches further than the technicalities, he understand the cultural impact of coffee.
