Nice Turkish coffee

I went to Fairouz Roastery and Coffee shop for the first time today. It was an unexpected pleasure to enter into a bright and stylish interior away from its industrial surrounds.The place is fresh and airy and has elegant touches in its understated decor. The bathrooms are pristine and all areas are clean and well maintained.But what about the coffee? Well, the coffee is roasted on the premises in full sight of the customers. The smell is gloriously addictive. I had 2 different coffees and each was deliciously rich with deep but not bitter flavours. I was also gently guided to try the carrot cake. It was really good but the thing I appreciated was that the frosting was served on the side so those of us having to count calories are able to enjoy the cake without the really sugary part. Almost guilt free!!!The staff are super helpful and concerned to ensure you enjoy the experience. For those that love the songs of the Lebanese singer Fairouz, her songs were quietly playing in the background. It seemed right for her to be represented in her namesake venue.I left after an hour having purchased two packets of the Fairouz coffee together with a cute bottle of infused olive oil.Please do try this new coffee shop, I have no doubt that it will be time and money well spent.

Baristas are not yet experienced. However, i bought some of their beans and they were amazing, they have quite good selections and coffee flavours. I think with a little marketing and barista training they will succeed.

Awesome cofffee

Seems like the focus is on supplying bulk.Coffee is great potential in taste, unfortunately a lost and unconfident barista ruins it all.No eye contact, low tone of voice under temp served coffee.Low product consumption, I was worried to go for a 3 days old cake.Might visit again if outlet was looked after.Ordered flat white and Latte.
