It is very disappointing online experience. I placed an order on the 5th of March 2021 and the processing nevery ended. The order was worth AED 76 And it is still a no-show. It is the 29th of March.Extremely disappointed. Called, mailed and chatted but only ..... they say.... Sorry for the inconvenience and will get back to you asap.... then it is a no show. Thank God I did not place my normal orders at Max as I am online shopaholic. Please be aware as it a risky. They wont cancel. They wont refund, no info. The items were gifts and now no use to me. Terrible terrible customer service.

The Mens ware items have not much variety and designs.

Nice collection and best rate but very poor attitude and approach from the cashier with ID 108360. Had a very bad experience from him. He was not able to answer questions and not even ready to tell his name. Need to think thrice before planning to shop from Max @ Madina Mall

Worst service, delayed for 6 days , promised to deliver in 2-3 days,worst careless irresponsible very poor supervisor filipino in max madina, dont know how to handle coustomers, am surprised who given them a possition like this, store manager also same, callcenter agents are more worse and stuborn, arrogent, already complained to the supervisor in callcenter to SOHA, waiting for her feedback.

This outlet has a good collection of garments for all ages. Unfortunately, one of the staff at the cashiers was not courteous. Hence, the experience at the checkout was awful. Need to think twice to shop at this particular outlet again.
