Very unkind and worst staffs in Dubai mall . I’ve never seen such a terrible service in Dubai mall. Very shocked. Best designer ? Worst service staffs in Dubai mall . Please inform them of changing their attitude. Even though many products weren’t made in Europe.I never pay for such a worst service.

First off, I’d like to mention Aleksandro. One of the gentlemen working there. Awesome fashion taste, very sweet and most of all knowledgable and patient. I commend him, and he made my visit excellent. Another gentleman, Mahmoud was welcoming and very kind. They both made my day. The store itself is really nice, with a lot of stylish pieces and a great sale currently. (40% off for a couple of my shirts)

Very crazy bad setup and unfriendly staff.I visited so many Ralph Lauren shop across globe and always got amazing support. But in MOE was horrible experience.

The worst service I have ever encountered in Dubai. The assistant first didnt even acknowledge us and when we asked for help with sizes she said pointed and said we can look ourselves with a miserable look. We of course immediately walked out.
