Unhelpful and annoying staff. Unable to refund an item that was charged to me in THEIR error. Offered store credit only and couldn’t figure out how to refund despite the receipt explicitly saying they refund within 7 days.

They supported to exchange the items in store which we ordered online.

I place order online on 29 /04/21 & today is 2/5/21 still i didnt received my order i paid alredy on line but i didnt get my order till date

Worst online service. required too many follow ups with extra delay and extension of time without any action. return few products but they did not refund the money since 5 months. every time i follow up customer service responds to wait for 7-14days and the amount will be in the account but nothing since 5 months. very bad service and response.

ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING! Shame. Was at cashier and customers were literally touching me, I had to tell them to get back, cashiers did NOTHING! Train your staff!!

Dressing Room Lady in Woman section is busy with her phone, while mumbling into her mask so nobody understands her.

Pls why no one answers the return items phone number? We have been calling since 3 days continuesly to return an item which is the wrong size but there is no option online for returns except for a phone number that no one answers? Affordable clothes but still good quality.

Ive been calling this store FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS but they arent picking up! awful management and customer service. I will have to drive for 40 minutes now just to get an answer for something that could be easily given to me over the phone.

I went on this shop last week and had a terrible experience from the sales crew, was so rude and doesnt have comprehension at all. Rate of 1 star is not even worthy, I just need the management to know what customers are experiencing.

Good stock and variety of clothing but bad layout with horrible service! Hardly any help or anyone at cashier, plus the phone is rarely answered.

I bought a shirt this morning, when I tried it in the fitting room it was perfect and when I asked for a stocked copy with the same details - you handed me a different one.

Nice collection and location but incredibly slow checkout service, there was just 1 cash desk open (out of 4) last Friday and I have been waiting for 15 minutes with 3 customers in front of me with a couple of items before I decided to leave the queue and go shopping somewhere else.

Visited Dubai Marina mall branch today and last week.. The staffs are always grumpy! Lack of customer service training! All they care is to fold the items and chitchat with their colleagues.

Not as big as other branches. But may be good for a fast purchase.

Always right choice for quick shopping.

Smaller H&M outlet, enough to cater for travelers needing emergency clothes.

Poor staff - unhelpful & disinterested - bad for business!

It was one of the stores that I like to shop in, but I discovered a piece of clothing that I had returned to them due to a manufacturing defect. It was returned for display on the comment for sale again with the same defect, and it was not kept in the warehouse as it is supposed to happen so that another shopper would not take it, and it is with the same defect. I told one of the employees about The piece was argued that he did not know about it, and he summoned the person in charge of the shop and told him about the piece, so she argued that it was placed among the pieces offered for sale until approval from the management to return it to the company. I keep a picture of the piece.

Very poor service. Better to go to dubai pier. Incompetent sellers. Small choice

I do not recommend it. Bad sellers work here. Very dirty walls and a lot of dirt in the womens locker room. Doesnt catch wi-fi. You cant wait for a man next to a girl. I wanted to consult. My disabled boyfriend got kicked out. This is discrimination !!!

Dependents are not able to make a return, looking for any excuse to give you a gift card instead of refunding your money. On top of that it will take 14 days to enter!They had to call the manager to do a 1min management in any other store, we had to wait 25 mins

The new branch on Takhassusi Street is beautiful and quiet and the house section is amazing
