Went here during the sale and the staff were not willing to help, ready to leave you and help tourists even though they will browse and go, when I actually made a purchase. I wanted the staff to show me a couple of shirts for my loved ones, but he just refused to help. I just hated being there felt like he was doing a favour to me. Only the billing clerk was friendly enough to flash a smile and sign me up to their exclusive program! The beautiful quality of their shirts is completely contrasted by their poor attitude. Left disappointed!

Very worst experience with SACOOR brothers. stitching quality is very poor. i have purchased 3 trousers and 3 shirts in which the length of pant was not proper so i asked to alter it ..after payment i was told i will get my altered cloth within 1 week but i received after 15 days. Where as i lost my expectation when i saw the thread of stitch was out and not properly maintained..Now I am not suppose to wear that as it looks untidy. so everything went under waste my money as well as my time.

Hard-sell tactics all around when I just went in to lodge a complaint regarding the quality of one my suits bought here. Salesman said the only option is to BUY a second suit and insisted on showing me new designs instead of filing a formal complaint like I wanted.Sacoor just lost a loyal customer.

A brand gone badI was a regular Sacoor customer and have had numerous purchases elevating me to the equivalent of their ‘elite membership’. But it’s sad to say that the craftsmanship has deteriorated to no end..I purchased a suit almost 2 months back, when I went to collect it after 2-2.5 weeks (mind you I had already gone for two trials before that), the final outcome was absolute shambolic. Each time there is a different tailor who blames it on the previous tailorI refused to collect the suit and requested for one more alteration— next time it was no better. They had botched it up so bad that they apologized and offered me a new piece..I was very impressed with the sales staff and their service and agreed to give it another try with a new trial. I went to collect it after two weeks and guess what— this time they couldn’t find my suit.I visited again after a couple of hours and still it took them around 10 more minutes to locate the suit within their shop.. I tried it again and lo and behold, it was worse than before.. in order to tighten up the sides, they had put a dirty stitch inside and hadn’t even bothered to remove the excess cloth which was visible from outside as a bunch.I claimed for the money back which they said would be refunded on my card within 2 weeks.. has been more than 3 weeks now but no news.So after 2 months, 5-6 visits(because the landline never works), being out of pocket for almost 800USD, I am looking forward to my next visit to hear some obscure excuse the next timeP.S. during all this, the sales staff has been very accommodating and apologetic for the misadventure I have been having. They deserve a better employer.

Worst customer experience ever, 17 days + for tailoring 2 shirts. no one picks up the phone, no delivery date at the retail nor an SMS notification. you basically have to chase them through e-mails (customer service) for an answer.I Will not buy from Sacoor anymore.

Suits are great

Customer service would not honor the return policy, and several times said that their computer system was down so they would not allow me to return or even exchange the shirts that I bought from them.

Quality of stuff from Sacoorbrothers in Dubai outlet mall is very very poor .Cant use promotion stuffs morethan a month or it gets damaged in couple of wash . I bought sacoor shirt and in second wash colour has faded and become unusable

Horrible experience in Dubai Mall. Bought 2 suits, the salesman sold me a wrong size for one of the suits as my size was sold out and promised me it would be tailored on me and for the second suit he sold me a completely wrong fit for my body type. So far I have been gone back 7 times within 6 weeks and still they haven’t been able to fit it properly on me. On top of that the staff insulted me and blamed it everything on my body type during the last fitting !!! Then they told me I have to wait another 15 days due to upcoming Ramadan timings and they won’t have time to prioritise my alterations. Bare in mind Ramadan is still a few days away. I made a complaint to the manager and customer service and no one got back to me. Landline of the store doesn’t work so I have to always visit in person to follow up for my alterations. Never again. AED 3,600 in the garbage bin that I won’t ever get back!!! I have been a platinum customer in the past, but will never ever buy from Saccoor again. Tailors have no idea what they are doing. Definitely do NOT recommend Saccoor, their sales, tailoring and costumer service!!!!!!!!!

Some of the sales guys in your shops are so annoying. Today I left your shop in dubail mall after short while i walked in just because the sales guy was bugging me a lot. He was following and talking non stop to me to offering the products that i did not need this time. He was not even taking a moment to breath. I was a bout to shut him up, but prefered to go out and not make him upset. It’s quite understandable that they are there to help customers, but It would be nice if they step back and let people looking around and enjoy shoping. Eveything is on the shelves. If someone needs help for sizing, etc. he can ask.

I bought Polo Shirts and Formal Shirts from Sacoor Showroom in Dubai Festival City, one of the t Polo Shirt when washed as per the given instructions separately in cold/normal water, maroon colour faded and came to the white collar, when took it show room, I was promised by sales staff that I will get a call back from their Area Manager? why Area Manager need to call me back they have no answer, infact this should have been sorted out internally after evaluating the garment, anyway Area Manager never called me despite lot of follow-ups, as of now one week had passed no call came in as I was promised. Phone attendance is pathetic they dont just lift the phone and most of occasions they just hung up. Will complain to Consumer protection if they did not come back to me as promised today.
