Very very rude service. There is one brown girl here who is very inappropriate for the store. Always showing attitude giving wrong answers and asking to get out, and being rude. Such a pathetic experience. I have never experienced such a breach of conduct.

Verybpoor customer service. No one saying hello or hi. After purchasing no thanks. In general i feel that sales people no happy to assist you at all.Am regular customer and wvery time its same service.

Very nice store. Prices are good and there are a bunch of discounts. The problem comes when you start looking for staff at 12pm. When I finally found one he informed me that most of the staff are coming in the afternoon...which sounds strange to me, but ok. The managers are top notch and well informed about the products they have. Overall a great store for the whole family. Located at ground level in Ibn Batutta Mall.

Customer service is worst. I asked for the contact details of IBN Branch and he answered to me that I should search it myself on the internet.
