Its the second time we visited the Giordano shop in Dubai Outlet mall, currently there is a 50% off offer going on and there is a buy 2 and get one free offer also, basically here at any given time of the year there is some kind of true offers compared to the other outlets. What make this outlet special is the sales agents, its not the 1st time we experienced such a pleasant customer service and the understanding specially Mr. Suhail and Mr.Benson and there was another Philippine lady whose name i couldnt get, these guys are doing a job beyond their payroll. We went to buy some casual wear but due to the excellent customer service we didnt wanted to go elsewhere and got everything we wanted and some extra also. One more thing as always Giordano never disappoint you though the outlet is little small there was a good collection with a great variety.

Attendant Muhammad Shoiab could have could have told it more politely that XL sizes are the ones only on the stand and those are only the designs they have. Never visiting this store who judge people on what theyre wearing.

I had a really terrible experience! The cashier named Bijaya Tandulkar needs help! How is this guy even hired in a brand like Giordano? So rude, doesnt even know how to speak with customers! I wanted to use Beam for payment and he was rushing to go home because it was nearing 10 pm! If you want to run home why are you coming to work? Its not a busy store, it was just 1 customer. With such work ethics this place is not meant for you. I regret visiting the store and I will not return to buy anything from Giordano in the future. Good luck having such terrible employees! As long as you dont have a customer service your quality and reputation will go down. Its just a matter of time! I suggest everyone who respect theirself to not visit the store or deal with these nuts!!
