Worst customer service ever.... i visited this place with my family on Friday as a serious buyer and there was no one to assist us so we asked the lady sitting on counter to assist us but she was very reluctant and lazy to even get up leaving her phone which she was continuously using , she was acting like we are doing her a favor by purchasing from there, she was very rude and wasnt even answering to us properly. absolutely disappointed would never recommend anyone. i request the authorities to train the staff properly and teach them importance of a customer.(despite all this i purchased a dress)..but will never in future

Ensemble has a collection of Pakistani garments of various designers. From casual to formal to wedding wear, they have it all. Also you can find jewelry. It has a good collection. Would not call the wow factor to be present. If you have a big budget for shopping then it is the right place to go.

No customer service , inefficient

I was here with my sister to do some serious shopping for her anniversary, however when asking a few details about the price of one of the dresses with the sales girl, the manager Hina rudely intervened. Her tone was loud and unacceptable. She started yelling and stomping her feet. During our entire stay, they were discussing their issues, and when asked about the stiching of one suit, the tag of which was clearly misguiding, the manager Hina completely lost it as if she was doing us a favour by doing her job. The sales girl was quite good to us however, @Faiza Malik, you have lost 2 genuine customers.

Horrible customer service. I gave them fabric for stitching and had to get some more for another dress. I needed a pic of the fabric i had given them and asked them to sent it to me by whatsapp so i could find a similar one from the textile market. I was told to wait for 20 mins for someone to take the pic and send it to me as their staff was busy. I told them its a bit urgent as i was already in the textile shop and was in a hurry since my car was double parked. I was told by the lady on the phone (probably someone from the senior management) that my request wasnt important for them and they had better things to do.
