Irritado decepcionado .. worst managament and frustado communicacion not good from staff.. very rude and not professional.. postponed schedules.. ¡Para ya!

Another example for a bad customer service. Trying to lure me with attractive prices and convince me to try their service but then eventually changing the prices because whatever I was offered on the phone was linked to certain terms (min.4h) even though they were aware of my requirements. Additionally when I wanted to book they wanted to reconfirm my booking for the next day, they never got back to me until I called them. As a first time customer to be offered such a quality of service and intransperance is raising red flags!

Tried them twice, was given Jennifer and then followed by Luisa...both of them performed satisfactory. two thumbs up girls.....have recommended you to my boss and colleagues too...

They are very easy to deal with, especially Ms. Jin for being flexible with my cleaning needs. Luisa has been very helpful. i will definitely use their services again.

I really don’t even know where to start with this review. I’m so disappointed in the service of Service Master.It all started with the booking. I booked a deep cleaning 2,5 weeks in advance with Joan for a Friday. Only 3 days in advance she let me know she would cancel the appointment due to the fact she had no staff available because of the holidays. The holidays were actually on the day she cancelled but not on that Friday.I tried contacting other companies but because it was so last minute I had no other choice than to reschedule to Saturday when my family would arrive in Dubai.As I said, I had booked a deep cleaning and so you would expect a spotless house after. Unfortunately that was not the case and I still had to vacuum and clean after.I had paid AED 525 for 4 hours of cleaning by 3 people for a 1 bedroom apartment. But after 3 hours they were already gone.In all fairness when I got home, the team asked me to check and I sort of did. But I did not do a proper inspection cause I thought it wasn’t needed.I did see right away I had to put the curtains and couch back in place and some small items that were moved but I didn’t want to make a big fuzz because of that.Things that really upset me were: no cabinet doors or big doors were cleaned, water stains on the floor and everywhere in the bathroom, no dusting of a wall rack/shelf or scrubbing off the lime scale in the sinks.It really felt they had only vacuumed (there was still some dirt on the floor) and mopped. Basically a regular cleaning.I’m so disappointed about the whole customer service and then the service itself. Not worth the money at all and I would never recommend this to anybody.

The absolute worst cleaning company I have ever had in my house. Not only for the fact that their cleaning lady Louise is dishonest and careless but her cleaning was not up to standard at all. I had her for 3 hours in my house yesterday and she threw away 2 bags of my medication which were clearly in packets in 2 plastic bags - this medication costs over AED1500 and is for my pregnancy. How someone can be SO careless is beyond me and to top it off, when I called to issue a complaint when I was unable to find my medication this morning thinking the cleaner would be able to just tell me where she placed it aside from my usual place by my bed - she had the audacity to say that I put the bags in the garbage bin?! I am beyond shocked and will not tolerate liars who are careless. I spent over 40 mins looking around the house for any possible area she may have put the bags logically however instead of admitting her error she chose to lie. I have been taking these meds for over 7 months, have had cleaners in my house on a weekly basis and never ever faced anything like this. I would not recommend them at all, her attitude was foul, she didnt even smile - not that I expect that but when someone is spoken to the decent behavior is to at least acknowledge them - she was miserable, stuffed my cupboards with our things in the kitchen which we had to completely rearrange again because everything was just piled up and she didnt return the cleaning materials and left wet buckets and clothes in our bathroom. I have reported this to the company and even to UrbanClap who have said they will resolve this asap and Im just waiting to see what happens now. I never leave cleaning companies in my house unsupervised and am always present however am i now supposed to watch each and every single movement of the cleaner across the house to make sure they dont throw away things?? These items were very clearly packets of medication - this was pure carelessness and because of her dishonesty and lies about the situation I will make sure that everyone is made aware and to ensure if Louise is assigned to their homes, to request another cleaner.Additional review after speaking with the Owner as google does not allow another Review.Another reason to not use these this company for their dishonesty and poor work is their inability to accept their mistake and for the liars they have working there! My Husband has been speaking with the owner himself Husam Saad who said he spoke with the cleaner Maria Luisa (Name corrected as we were told it was Louisa) and she admitted to seeing the medicine bags in the garbage bin she was carrying around for the rubbish - yet in the morning she told a very different story and Husam confirmed he spoke with her till she was in tears and she said she didnt throw the medicine? How would the medicine get into the garbage bag? She is just lying to cover up her carelessness. Now with the owner knowing that the medicine was in the garbage bag and my husband asked him to reimburse the amount that was lost as I know exactly what was inside the TWO bags Maria Luisa threw away - he refused. What an unprofessional and dishonest cleaning company - do not waste your money with their services as they dont even take ownership to the mistakes they knowing make.
