Had a very good experience with clean and shine recently. Got them out for the first time for a sofa cleaning. The guy kenneth was very thorough and swift. Hammad was also there to assist him. Left my sofa super clean. Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

We had AC duct cleaning and pest control services. They are very meticulous, did a great job with the AC filter and ducts cleaning; as well, at very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Appreciate Zain for estimation and Naeem and his team for execution and punctuality of the work to my satisfaction. They reported little earlier than appointment time and waited patiently till I gave the access of my apartment.They also gave me free demo of marble polishing before we agree for final go ahead. The services I took were deep cleaning, AC duct cleaning and marble polishing. Would definitely recommend them and surely use their services in future.

Clean and Shine were diligent, clean and very committed. They delivered a great job considering this was a post construction clean up for a somehow sizable Villa.They were on time, responsive, finished on time and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied with their work. Today we had Clean&Shine team do a complete deep clean in our villa. From the first moment of speaking with Mr Israr to the last minute of inspecting their work I can only compliment them. They are punctual, organized, professional and deliver as per their promises. Everything they promised was done and sparkling - windows, doors, balconies, AC vents, greasy kitchen units, dirty shower corners - all of that was deep cleaned and now looks great.Did I mention how well and quickly they handle customer requests? - I called on Tuesday afternoon, they arrived for inspection just 30 min after my call, got the quote after 20 mins and next morning Mr Naeem and the team were hard at work. They even provided bigger team in order to complete all the work before 6 pm that day. From the moment I inquired till I received the clean and shining home it took only 28 hours! This fact and the quality of their work are really impressive! I highly recommend them.

We had Unar and his team of 5 cleaners come to our new villa which was in need of a serious deep clean after previous tenants. They did a fantastic job and went beyond the call of duty to properly clean the entire villa. Grout cleaning was great. Used their services to clean the Air Conditioning ducts and filters of my appartment. They opened all the inbound and outbound air vents and did deep cleaning. They were very professional, resealed all the vents properly and left the workspace clean. The chemicals they used are professional-grade and safe. I highly recommend Clean & Shine.

Had an amazing experience with clean and shine.. all I did was just sit and watch tv and these guys converted my messy home to such a clean, spot free place. Love the punctuality and the discipline with which all the 4 guys were cleaning. Will definitely call them the next time too.

I wanted to have the cleaning on tbe same day I called them, very helpful management where they tried to make it happen and it did. It was a new apartment to move into and the cleaning was done in a very detailed way. The house felt fresh and clean thanks to the great team. Some spots were missed but overal it was really good. Extremely shocked and disappointed by their service. They truly do justice to they brand name clean & shine.They cleaned out our newly handed over house of 2000 AED I had kept on the kitchen counter.It was simply me and the Clean & Shine team at the empty villa and they insisted their team didn’t steal it (Ofcourse) but assured me they would revert back upon further investigation.Not only did they not contact me but they have gone stone cold silent on me ignoring every msg or call.Out of principle we even paid for their service despite the robbery, upon trust they would get back.Israr the manager and his colleague Zain assured me in full faith they would handle this, but I am now lost for words as I still struggle to get even a response let alone a reimbursement from them.It was heartbreaking to have our joyful first day of move-in ruined the way it was.I most definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone no matter how good their before and after images maybe. For if you cannot trust them with what is valuable what is the point. Please be careful.

The team was highly professional and accommodatiing and did a wonderful job. I would definitely nitely recommend their services. They took their time and never rushed with the work and even though most of their crew were fasting they willingly stayed back to comple the work. It was a wonderful experience.

Very abusive language used by Mr Israr for his own mistake on not arriving on time to do the cleaning service, when said now its too late too come for the cleaning service, he was very angry and very abusive language used with female staff.

Very serious company who did a cleaning job of the damaged and dirty tiles in my villa and terrace. They also offered to polish the floor to restore its lost brightness. Professional staff and hard workers. I recommend them and will surely use their services in the future.

I gave you options of today before 11.30, or anytime tomorrow. You wanted to accommodate and before 11.30 which I thought was great. To be clear, I did not give short deadlines. You chose it.2) On WhatsApp you sent at 10.40, you said you’ll be there in 30 minutes. So that’s 11.10. I responded to you that I’ll be there at 11.15.3) I called you at 11.30. You said you need 10 minutes. I told you I really need to leave.4) I called you at 11.45 again, and you still said you need 10 minutes. By this point you were 35 minutes late on your original appointment that you confirmed which was 11.10. This is when I said no need to come anymore as I was late for an appointment and don’t need the services given lack of adherence to appointments.Again, had the communication been clearer from the start you can’t make it, would have been fine and we would have rescheduled. I was just really shocked by the level of defensiveness you took calling me after trying to justify. As explained on the phone, my suggestion to you was instead try to apologize and fix the situation. You decided not to.I was also truly shocked when you said “We don’t need your business”.
