Cleaning Pro AC came highly recommended for a deep clean of my AC system and ventilation ducts. They were really quick to respond to my enquiry, and even fit in an appointment for me on the same day! The guys that came were extremely professional, hygienic and covered up all necessary furniture. The process only took them about an hour for my one bed apartment. They left the apartment clean and smelling of lemons - would highly recommend!

I booked the ac cleaning and sanitization, as well as the mattress cleaning and sanitization (in which they sanitized the mattress, duvet cover, pillows and bed frame). The service was great and very professional. They were very clean and covered the whole house to make sure it didnt get dirty and they cleaned up after the service was done. But most important i was very happy with the service itself- very good quality and great value for money! Beware of other companies as they charge much more for the same service. I had just moved in to a new apartment in a new building and after a week of living i developed a minor asthma. One cause of the Asthma was the dust that has built up in the AC units during construction of the building and was not cleaned as it should be.I contacted Pro Clean and Jamie was amazing. Quickly responding to all my questions. In terms of price and quality service I dont think anyone beats them.The team were punctual, clean and super professional. They covered all the furniture in the house before starting and explained the process. After that i left the house and let the guys do their work. SUPERB VALUE and fantastic service from Pro Clean AC on my mattress clean! No exaggeration, I contacted 8 (8!!!) mattress cleaning companies and without a doubt, Pro Clean AC are the best for value and service. Unlike a lot of other mattress cleaning companies, Pro Clean AC uses the “dry” method of cleaning i.e. steam, not water, as water has a tendency to leave your mattress damp and therefore possibly smelly 😟 Also from my OTT research, I realised that apart from 1 item, Pro Clean AC’s tools and methods are literally exactly the same as a very popular and expensive competitor that charge over AED 200 more for the same service 👀 Sooo yeah, just keep that in mind when choosing who to go with!

These guys are the best in the business. They showed up on time (which alone is worthy of a 5 star review), they were clearly well trained and professional, and they did an amazing job! The vents are cleaner than they’ve ever been, I can’t find any dust or debris on any of my furniture or apartment, and they vacuumed and mopped after they left. They even sent me before and after videos of the vents so I could see the work they had done once they finished. Can’t say enough positive things about the level of service we received, especially when you never know what you will get in terms of level of service for most maintenance. These guys are great!

I am so impressed with this service. They offer same-day (which was so helpful for me as I forgot to book AC cleaning and was about to move into the new place), they were exactly on time, professional, covered everything before starting the work and the place was sparkling clean when they left. They also sent before and after photos of everything they cleaned and the difference is incredible. They really do a proper deep clean of the ACs. I appreciate good service when I experience it. It doesnt happen as often as I would like.... but when, I tried Pro Clean AC for the first time last week. I was really really really impressed! Jay and Jeff, the two field technicians were amazing. Professional, friendly and genuine. No hint of a hidden agenda whatsoever. Which is a breath of fresh air...so to speak lol. (Excuse my Dad Joke) Jamie the Manager was extremely responsive and efficient. The team had completed the full AC service and duct clean.. then adjusted the dampener in the vents at my own request. This changed the temperature in the bedroom more than what I wanted. I called Jamie asked if the team could comeback and check the AC units again as I thought it was something else causing the issue. Not a problem said Jamie. Team came round same day as they were on another job in the area. Took a look. Realised my request had influenced the issue. They fixed it immediately and at no extra cost for extra callouts. From my experiences of working in 5 star hotels for 30 years and 10 year in the top job...... Check different supplier, Pro Clean offered a way better price, while the equipment that they use is exactly the same as other companies.Guys were on time, I left, they shared pictures and videos after work as been completed. The amount of dust was moderate, but the filter was completely blocked by all sorts of waste.They told me I will feel the difference on the samw night, but no, I felt it in an hour. A/C was actually blowing again and the air was so much cleaner.Will use their services again next year.
